Sarla Sharma is Managing Partner at Chetan Sharma Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm's business in addition to working on some key strategic initiatives and projects. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Her experience includes mobile strategy, mobile market research, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, risk management, financial analysis, development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Sarla has worked for Fortune 100 companies in various industries such as Wireless and Telecom, Banking and Financial Institutions, High Technology, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, and Entertainment. Her clients include T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Microsoft, Getty Images, Nissan, Chase, Costco, and others.
Ms. Sharma has won several recognition awards for her client work. She is a published author of several research papers in the wireless industry. Most recently her papers have focused on privacy, IoT, automation, and AI. She is the founder and co-chair of industry's premier executive summits - Mobile Future Forward and Mobile Breakfast Series. She is also co-editor of the Mobile Future Forward Book Series which has published 8 books to date. Sarla has a BS from University of North Carolina and Masters in Economics.
