CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

The Chief Compliance Officer, the Vice President & Group General Counsel and the Vice President Legal Product & Technical Compliance report directly to the Member of the Board of Management for Integrity and Legal Affairs and to the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. They also report regularly to the Board of Management of Daimler AG on matters such as the status of the CMS and its further development, as well as the whistleblower system BPO... The Chief Compliance Officer also serves as a contact for employees, shareholders, business partners, customers and the general public on issues relating to the implementation of and compliance with the Roche Group Code of Conduct... We are looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to join our team in the US to Maintain Compliance Management System, advise on the localization of products and features to comply with US regulation, and support the compliance section of the bank application.
