CHOLEY'S FITNESS

Choley's (Sholee's) Fitness and Wellness Training Centre is the only 100% stadium grade artificially turfed training facility in Brockville, Ontario. Our building is 2200 square feet and we use the right training equipment for functional, stability and core strength training. We specialize in Group Fitness programs such as Ladies Boot-Camps, Fitness Kickboxing Boot-Camps and other total body training programs that are all instructed by Certified Instructors and Personal Trainers.
