Andrew Langridge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several properties in Churchill's portfolio in his capacity as Property Manager. Andrew has managed several build outs of commercial lease spaces related to a variety of different commercial buildings and works closely with senior management to ensure focused asset management for all properties managed by Churchill Property Corporation. A graduate of Quest University, Andrew joined Churchill in August 2012 and is presently pursuing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
Ariel Lin joined Churchill Property Corporation in July 2008 and has recently obtained her Certified General Accountant designation. Her current role is to assist the Controller and Property management team in overseeing accounting cycles for over 30 properties, financial statement preparation and consolidation, budget forecasting. Prior to joining Churchill, she has been working with a leading real estate company for 2 years where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of leasing and property management accounting. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2007, specialising in accounting and finance.
Laurie Walters joined the Churchill Team in 2013 taking over the position of Leasing Administrator. Laurie is responsible for the preparation and tracking of all leases, renewals and various other documentation for the Churchill team. She also lends her support, as required, in the day to day management of the portfolio. Prior to joining Churchill, Laurie worked as the Lease Administrator for Larco Investments Ltd. and in the real estate and development departments of Bull Housser & Tupper, Penreal Capital Management and Bentall. She has over 20 years' experience in the real estate industry.
Lawrence Rank is a recognized expert in the field of shopping centers, and has served as a principal/senior executive at several notable real estate development and investment companies in North America and Asia. He has been responsible for completing the planning, development and redevelopment of over 60 shopping centers and regional malls (over 31 million sq. ft.) during his over 40 years in the real estate industry. From 2005 to 2017, Mr. Rank served as the founding Partner and Chairman of Vancouver-based Property Development Group and PDG Investments. Prior to forming PDG Investments, his North American experience included: Executive VP of Pan Pacific Development Corporation developing retail properties in western Canada and the western United States; VP, Development at Cambridge Shopping Centres Limited where he was responsible for creating and implementing a program to expand the company's portfolio of shopping centres and mixed-use projects from 17 properties to 42 properties over a nine year period; and Senior Development Officer at Cadillac Fairview Corporation based in Toronto, Ontario. In Asia, Mr. Rank was President of Indonesia-based Lippo Group's retail development projects, completing two major shopping centre projects in Jakarta. Lippo Group is one of the largest real estate developers in Indonesia. Mr. Rank has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1974.

Monica Draghici joined Churchill in 2012 to provide administrative support to the accounting and property management teams. Monica works closely with our Controller as a property accountant and is also our office Receptionist. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and office administrative positions, and prior to joining Churchill worked as an accounting-clerk for "La Federation des Francophone de la Colombie -Britannique". She is currently completing her Management Certificate in Finance at BCIT. Originally from Romania, Monica came to Canada in 2006 and resides in Langley, BC with her husband and young son.

Philip Langridge is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a pre-eminent worldwide organization of real estate professionals (established in London, England in 1868). This involved a four (4) year full-time University course in all aspects of real estate, followed by two (2) years of articling to a Firm of Chartered Surveyors in London, England. He is also a Member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. (RIBC).
He has over forty-seven (47) years of professional real estate experience in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate and mixed use real estate investments throughout Canada, the U.S.A., and the United Kingdom. In the UK, he worked for the London Borough of Ealing as a Real Estate Valuer. Later, he had the position of Senior Valuer for the City of Swindon.
In 1975 and 1976 he worked as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser for Revenue Canada (Canada's equivalent of the IRS) in Toronto. He has held a Real Estate License in British Columbia since 1976.
He lived and worked in Atlanta, Georgia from 1983 - 1990, developing Fulton Business Park, a 186,000 sq. ft. industrial complex on 8 acres. He re-furbished a 556 unit apartment building in San Antonio, Texas, using a Freddie Mac 223(f) loan. He was general partner of a Holiday Inn syndication in Coral Gables, Florida. He owned 100% of "Shadydale" Mobile Home Park, in Fayetteville, Georgia, comprised of 222 pads on 25 acres of land.
He is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Churchill International Property Corporation ("CIPC"), which was incorporated in British Columbia in 1989. He has Five (5) Canadian, Non-Trading Public Companies all undertaking development and investment in real estate. He is proud to tell you that he has never lost a penny of investors' capital and currently has over 8,000 investors. He was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist in 2012 in the real estate and construction category.
