CLARK AND LOWE - Key Persons
David has over thirty years of legal practice experience. A member of the Central Ohio Association of Justice whose purpose is for the advance of fair trials and access to courts. David has been first chair in numerous jury trials and court trials. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar association and the Estate Planning Trust and Probate Law section. David is licensed in Ohio, United States District Court Southern District of Ohio and The United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and participates in "Ask The Attorney" a pro-bono program through the CBA. He is married with three children and is an avid participant in backpacking and half-marathons.
Beth has been working with attorneys for over 45 years and received her Paralegal Certification from Capital University Law School 30 years ago. She is a Paralegal Member of the Columbus Bar Association and Member of the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio. Her work focus is dedicated to probate estates, courthouse filings and tax preparation assistance. Beth has committed herself to helping and guiding clients with fierce protection. Beth is married with three children and ten grandchildren. Beth's hobbies include crafting, cooking and frequent visits to Local, State and National Parks.
Jason received his bachelor's degree in 2006 from Ohio University and his graduate paralegal certification from Capital University Law School in 2016. His work focus is dedicated to probate estates, civil and criminal matters as well as estate planning. Jason is happily married to his wife, Tricia, and has a dog named Buttons. Jason's passions include animal rights and dog training.
Kendra has been an assistant at Clark and Lowe for several years. She received a degree in English Literature at Loyola University Chicago, and she earned her Masters of Library and Information Science at Dominican University in Chicago, IL. Positive and friendly client relationships are her goal. Kendra enjoys reading, watching old movies, and spending time with family and friends. She is happily married and has one wonderful daughter.
