Alex joined Citifund in 2023 after many years as a quantity surveyor with experience in land, industrial, commercial, single-family and multifamily construction monitoring. Alex's expertise in budgeting and cashflow modeling are an important part of our underwriting department.
An integral part of the Citifund origination team, Karia is an established mortgage broker in British Columbia with experience across many markets. With a specialty in land and construction financing, Karia's expertise also includes CMHC and conventional term financing structures. Over the last few years, he has been a leading Citifund originator with over three billion dollars in loans arranged.

Kathy is a long-standing leader in the underwriting department. She has extensive experience working in all asset classes with a particular strength in apartments and CMHC related files. Her responsibilities include all aspects of underwriting including real estate analysis, budgeting, loan packaging, funding and post-funding account management.
