Chantal Perets

Chantal holds a dual bachelor's degree in public relations and psychology from Syracuse University, which has equipped her with the skills to successfully balance both communication and customer success initiatives in her unique role at Classic Homeworks as the Manager of Design & Development. Whether she is busy working on content development and graphic design, or corresponding with new clients, walking them through the remodeling process, and ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish, she's an invaluable member of the team in all capacitates.

Conor Hawblitzel

After earning a degree in Biomedical Science from Northern Arizona University, Conor felt drawn to follow his passion for carpentry and initially honed his skills by building trade show exhibits. Over time, he developed a true passion for trim carpentry and working with clients. His natural ability to take ownership of his work ensures project success and a positive client experience. Conor's dedication to his projects, attention to detail, and high-quality carpentry skills make him a perfect fit for his role as Manager of Production at Classic Homeworks.

Doug Dawson - CEO, President

Doug has worked for decades in construction-both before and after completing his graduate degree at Denver University in Real Estate and Construction Management. He worked for Rock Bottom Restaurants building breweries and Old Chicago's all over the country, as well as being the Project Manager for the Palace Lofts in Lodo and the Officer's Row at Lowry. He founded his original company, Urban Fabric, in 2008 and has been in the residential and commercial development world ever since. Along with many residential projects, Urban Fabric's team has completed many ground up developments-including the Regis Boryla Student Housing and the Y44 Flats. Urban Fabric acquired Classic Homeworks in 2023 and Doug is thrilled to expand his team of knowledgeable and hard-working professionals through this merger. Doug feels he has a unique perspective of the industry and brings vast experience from many different roles to his position as President/CEO of Classic Homeworks.

Jon Verdecchio

Jon is a seasoned craftsman and project manager with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Born and raised in Colorado, he moved back to the mile high city in 2014 after spending some time in Philadelphia. Jon's passion for construction started at a young age when he worked with his parents, flipping houses during the summers. He loves creating with his hands and is always eager to learn new techniques and approaches to building. As a Classic Homeworks Project Manager, Jon excels at keeping projects on track and delivering exceptional results that exceed his clients' expectations.

Keith Theyson

Keith grew up with a father who was in the construction industry and has previously owned his own woodworking business as well as worked in construction management. After moving back to Denver in 2020, he began working with Doug and quickly progressed into his role as Project Manager at Classic Homeworks. He prides himself on his work ethic and communication skills and loves to make sure that the clients he works with are happy and well taken care of.

Mari Koning

Mari has extensive experience in large-scale commercial, government, military, and aviation architecture. Her passion for exploring design on an intimate scale is evident in her work, as she enjoys collaborating with clients to create spaces that reflect their unique lifestyle. Mari's well-rounded understanding of space and transition gives her a unique advantage in her role as a Senior Designer on the Classic Homeworks team.

Miguel Galvez-Estevez

Miguel's love for carpentry began at a young age when he started building homes for his pets. This passion for woodworking continued to grow, and he eventually pursued formal education in construction at a technical college in his home country of Scotland. Here, Miguel has honed his skills in woodworking, plumbing, painting, and masonry, becoming a true craftsman in his field. In recent years, Miguel has focused on the art of artisan cabinetry, and brings his expertise and attention to detail to every project he works on, ensuring that his clients receive a high-quality product that meets their unique needs.

Steve Maro

Steve has known since high school that he wanted to have a career in residential construction and is grateful that he's been able to blend his talents with his passion to become a Project Manager with Classic Homeworks. He believes his success in this industry lies in establishing a great, trusting relationship with his clients from the beginning as well as planning for the unexpected and anticipating the unknowns.

Trim Carpenter

Wes began his woodworking career when he needed a change from being in the office. He was a videographer for 10 years prior to starting this career and always knew he wanted to become a craftsman. After seeing a History channel episode on how the Egyptians steam bent their chariots, he was immediately interested and began taking classes at Red Rocks Community College where he instantly fell in love with the trade. He brings that immense passion to his role as Trim Carpenter at Classic Homeworks and finds true accomplishment in being able to help his projects come to life. David's passion for carpentry started in New York while working for a family member. He defines his success as the result of excellent communication and and a true dedication to his work. David has been with Classic Homeworks for over 10 years in his role as a Trim Carpenter and prides himself on producing high-quality results with his team for each and every client.

Vicky Petrauskas

After obtaining a degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation, Vicky followed her true passion for design which began in childhood as she watched HGTV with her father who was a carpenter. Vicky is a skilled interior designer with a strong desire to create stunning and practical spaces that surpass the expectations of her clients. At Classic Homeworks, Vicky thrives on the challenge of combining creativity with technical expertise to create beautiful and functional kitchen and bathroom spaces. She brings her exceptional eye for proportion and balance to each project, ensuring that her clients receive a final product that suits their unique preferences and needs.

Victoria Hernandez

Victoria Hernandez is the Accounting & Office Manager at Classic Homeworks. With an analytical mindset and a comfort found in crunching numbers, Victoria has found accounting to be something that she has always exceled at. Beginning college courses at an early age has allowed her to explore the world of accounting and gain strong foundations of experience, both of which make her a great fit for her role here at Classic Homeworks. When she's not busy reconciling and balancing, you'll find her interacting with the team to provide a calming presence and integral support.
