Cigan Properties is a locally owned property development company having several commercial, office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities for lease located throughout Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We manage only our own properties... Today, Cigan Properties consists of 14 buildings in the downtown and westside of Eau Claire. Cigan Properties is now headquartered out of 323 North Dewey Street along with its other family business, Banbury Place. Both Banbury Place and Cigan Properties are run by a father and son team, Jack and Max Kaiser.
