Mark Palicki joined Fortune Fish & Gourmet in 2006 as Vice President of Marketing and in 2018 was promoted to President. Mark has built Fortune's marketing department, which provides invaluable seafood and sustainability training to Fortune customers. Palicki also works to ensure Fortune Fish Company is on the forefront of safety, sanitation and sustainability in the industry and regularly attends industry conferences worldwide to accomplish this goal. Mark is a National Fisheries Institute (NFI) Future Leader and a well respected authority on sustainability and traceability in the seafood industry. Palicki regularly participates in panel discussions nationwide tackling the most pressing seafood issues and advocating on behalf of the seafood industry. Mark brings over 10 years of restaurant experience to Fortune Fish having worked as an Executive Chef, General Manager and Seafood Buyer for a number of esteemed properties around the country. Palicki grew up in a Chicago suburb and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Houston in Houston, Texas and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Mark lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife Vivian and their three children.

Mike Bryan began consulting for Fortune in 2015 advising on overall growth and acquisition strategies. He joined Fortune in 2017 as Chief M&A and Development Officer and is responsible for the strategy and execution of all M&A activity across the company, working alongside the business leads to develop acquisition pipelines, execute transactions and driving value creation through inorganic means or partnership opportunities. Mike has over thirty-seven years of professional experience which includes two successful start-ups and extensive M&A experience. Mike has successfully completed over thirty acquisition transactions which include privately held companies as well as divisions of public companies. Most recently, Mike was the founder, Chief Executive Officer and principal shareholder of American Administrative Group, Inc. ("AAG"). AAG was a full-service national health benefits Third Party Administrator. Mike founded AAG in 1984 and grew the organization into the sixth largest independently-owned TPA in the nation - employing over six hundred employees and processing over $1B in health benefit transactions annually. Prior to AAG, Mike founded Preferential Care, Inc. ("PCI"), one of the first Preferred Provider Organizations ("PPO") in Chicago. Mike became a member of the Chicago-Windy City Chapter of the Young President's Organization ("YPO") in 1997 and a member of the World President's Organization ("WPO") in 2009. He has been married to his wife Candice for thirty-six years and they have four children.

Sean J. O'Scannlain - CEO

Sean J. O'Scannlain founded Fortune International in Bensenville, Illinois in 2001. Since its inception, Fortune has grown into the Midwest's leader in premium quality seafood and gourmet products. Today, Fortune International employs over 370 people and is the parent company of Fortune Fish & Gourmet, Fortune Imports, Chef Martin, Coastal Seafoods and Lobster Gram. Prior to opening his own company, O'Scannlain was the President of The Plitt Company from 1995-2001 and Executive Vice President of Chicago Fish House from 1992-1995. O'Scannlain is a well-respected leader in the seafood industry, he is a past Chairman of the National Fisheries Institute (NFI), the seafood industry's national trade association. O'Scannlain is also active in FishPAC, the NFI's political action committee, which directs political contributions and activities on behalf of the seafood community. He is a founding member of Sea Pact, a group of like-minded seafood companies dedicated to driving stewardship and continuous improvement of social, economic and environmental responsibility throughout the global seafood supply chain. O'Scannlain is also very active in his local community. Fortune International makes weekly donations to local food banks and supports several charity events yearly with monetary and product donations. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Ann & Robert Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago and the Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago. Through his volunteerism and dedication, O'Scannlain sets a strong example to his employees of consistently giving back to their industry and the local community. In addition to the NFI and Sea Pact, Fortune Fish & Gourmet is also a member of the Seafood Choices Alliance, the Chef's Collaborative, the Global Aquaculture Alliance, the American Cheese Society, the Specialty Food Association and has been Marine Stewardship Council chain of custody certified since August of 2008. During his career, O'Scannlain has shown his dedication as an agent of change within the food industry by advocating for sustainable food production and growing domestic aquaculture based on sound public policy and ground truth science. O'Scannlain grew up in Portland, Oregon and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. O'Scannlain and his wife Jennifer have five children and reside in the City of Chicago.
