Garry became part of the CIC Pittsburgh family in 2017. His entire career of 45 plus years has been in the drafting / engineering field, with a large portion of that time dedicated to industrial furnaces. He takes pride in being part of a team that brings projects to a successful completion. Garry enjoys spending time with his family, especially with his three grandchildren, and time outdoors fishing, biking, hiking and kayaking.

Jared joined CIC Pittsburgh in 2020, having worked with Industrial Furnaces since 1998. Throughout his career, he has primarily focused on Aftermarket Technical Support and Customer Service, taking much satisfaction from being able to help improve customer operations. He is a creative problem solver and prides himself with his perpetual optimism and positive outlook that promote strong relationships. Jared has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, respectively. He is a Pittsburgh native and lives with his wife and two sons. He enjoys sports, running, and skiing with his family.
John Hayes' career in combustion, instrumentation, furnace design and customer service spans a period of 40 plus years and counting. His profession has allowed him to travel the world and enrich his life by meeting a very large and multicultural society. Wherever he has visited, the needs are the same. A good job with favorable wages and safe surroundings to provide a healthy and fulfilling living for themselves as well as their families. In the year 2020, John passed the company on to a much younger and very qualified person who brings new direction and ideas for the continued success of CIC Pittsburgh in the years to come. This transition will allow him to spend quality time with his wife of 53 years, attend car cruises in his 2008 Ford Mustang and watch Formula 1 racing.
Karen has been with CIC Pittsburgh since 2018. Prior to that, she, along with her husband, owned a diner in Northwest PA and a family owned car dealership in Pittsburgh. She also worked as the Fire Chief's secretary for the City of Pittsburgh for 20 years. She enjoys party planning, travelling, beach getaways, spending weekends at her home in the mountains and taking family vacations with her 3 children and 9 grandchildren.
Kevin has been a part of the industrial furnace industry since 1984. He has primarily worked as an estimator and project manager, plus some equipment sales. He is proudest of his long-term relationships with both customers and vendors. A 1978 graduate of Point Park College with a degree in Business Management, he lives in the Mt. Troy section of Pittsburgh's North Side. His hobbies include railroads, the steel industry, writing and photography.

Paul has been a member of CIC Pittsburgh since 2018, having started in the industrial equipment field in 2005. His career began immediately after high school, working in the shop at a fabrication company and later moved into field installations with a focus on electrical. He worked alongside John Hayes, during which time he learned about combustion and transitioned to CIC Pittsburgh. As a member of CIC Pittsburgh, his responsibilities include project management, installation supervision, field services, and to customer support. In his free time, Paul enjoys watching hockey games, listening to a wide range of music, and getting out to ride his motorcycle.
