Our process servers are instructed to carry out service on defendants, respondents, and legal representatives in a professional, respectful manner and be confidential in the process. We find that when this is done, there is a better success rate and less chance of confrontation... We can accept your claims and exams via email, and in some cases we can provide pick-up of documents. We offer discounts for larger volume Law Firms as well... We take pride in assisting our clients with process serving of legal documents and court filings. We operate in the GTA region and can serve your documents anywhere in Ontario
