Job Titles:
- Pre - Production Engineering Manager
Don Cardoza has been with Cirexx since 2012 and has more than 44 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. His responsibilities include managing pre-production engineering, which oversees all aspects of the CAM and planning group for flex and rigid boards. Don also assists process engineering in the development and implementation of new procedures.

- Business Development Manager
Don Kaufman directs all business development activity and has been with Cirexx since 2006. He has over 33 years of sales and technical experience in the printed circuit board industry, which provides intrinsic value to customers. Don has extensive knowledge regarding integrated circuits, materials, specialty laminates, chemicals and equipment. He also prides himself on staying current with the very latest techniques and procedures in PCB layout and manufacturing.
Duane Cockcroft is a Senior Technical Sales and Flex Pre-Engineering Manager in the Flex Department. Duane has been part of the Cirexx organization since 2004, and has over 18 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. Duane oversees all aspects of flex and rigid-flex quoting, pre-engineering planning of materials, and technical review of documentation.

- Quality Assurance Manager
Ed, who also serves as a AS9100/ISO Lead Auditor, has been part of the Cirexx team since 2017. He oversees and manages the AS9100/ISO, RMA, and CAPA programs, in addition to document control, customer and internal audits, and the management review team. Ed came to Cirexx from NASA where he successfully set up their AS9100/ISO programs. He also served in the United States Navy for 23 years where he was a Naval Aviation Warfare Specialist.

- Senior Process Engineering Manager
Enrique is our Senior Process Engineering Manager and has been with Cirexx since 1988. Enrique has over 25 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. He's responsible for managing process development, process improvement, process monitoring, failure analysis and trouble shooting, as well as all technical aspects of wet and dry processes and the chemical laboratory.
Ken manages all aspects of our growing assembly operation and has been with Cirexx since 2011. He has 35 years of experience in the electronics industry, 32 years of which have been in printed circuit boards. Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Kurt Menges is Vice President & CFO of Cirexx with over 15 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. He was born and raised in Danville, California where he graduated from San Ramon Valley High and went on to Pepperdine to receive a B.S. in Business Administration. Kurt oversees and directs all activities in Accounting, Human Resources & Purchasing. Kurt also learned the business from his dad, Roger Menges, the founder of the corporation. Under Roger's tutelage, Kurt learned the PCB business from ground up, and decided to join his brother Philipp to acquire Cirexx in 2005.

- Regional Sales Manager for Our East Coast
Morgan Hite is the Regional Sales Manager for our East Coast sales office in Massachusetts and has been part of the Cirexx organization since 1997. Prior to joining Cirexx, Morgan was involved with manufacturing in production management. He has over 34 years of broad experience in the printed circuit board industry.
Patrick has been with Cirexx since 2016 and has more than 35 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry, which has included positions in operations, engineering, and quality. At Cirexx, he is responsible for managing Cirexx's quality control and electrical testing departments. Additionally, Patrick is involved with several IPC standards committees and sub-committees.
Philipp Menges is President & CEO of Cirexx with over 23 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. He oversees all aspects of business activity. Philipp started with Cirexx Corporation as a youth in 1993, learning the circuit board business from the ground up. He rose through the ranks from General Manager to become company President in 2005 when he purchased the business from his father. Roger Menges had been President for 22 years. Since circuit board design is practically a part of his DNA, Philipp's breadth of experience in the category provides customers with a uniquely valuable resource. Philipp has a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from the UC Berkeley in California.

- Senior Technical Sales and Customer Service Manager
Randy Lucero is a Senior Technical Sales and Customer Service Manager in our Sales Department. Randy has been part of the Cirexx organization since 2000, and has over 30 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry. He's responsible for managing the overall quoting system, as well as customer relations management and satisfaction. Randy served in the United States Marine Corps in 1984.

- Strategic Account & Marketing Manager
Sam plays an important role within Cirexx's sales, sales operations, and marketing departments by leveraging his more than 20 years of experience in strategy design, intuitive business planning, and sales and marketing optimization. In his current role, he manages Cirexx's New England account portfolio, building strong, long-term relationships with a wide variety of clients. He also oversees all marketing activity, which includes identifying potential customers, building brand awareness, and supporting sales and lead generation efforts. Sam is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and co-founded TradePort in 2001 a leading service provider for 3rd party asset recovery and reverse logistics.
