Andreas A. Andreou

Andreas is the Founder and CEO of APS Andreou Property Strategy, a real estate consultancy Firm and has been actively involved in the sector since December 1998. His field of professional expertise spans across the whole spectrum of real estate valuations, including valuations for loss of use of occupied properties, feasibility studies, project management with a special emphasis on project turnaround, promotion and disposal of real estate assets, investment strategy and market research. He pioneered when in 1999 he constructed the first ever property performance index in Cyprus. He is a regular columnist in local and other media, with over 1.300 economic and real estate related articles published so far. Andreas holds a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. (Econ)) in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master's Degree in Land Management from Reading University. He is a Professional Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK, a Professional Member of the Cyprus Chamber of Technical Professions (ETEK) in the Land Valuation Division and a Licensed Estate Agent. He is one of the founding members of the Cyprus Property Valuers Association, where he served as a Board Member for many years.

Christos Kalogeris

Christos Kalogeris is the General Manager of The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Ltd (CISCO) since April 2022 and a board member of the company. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and board member of BOC Asset Management Ltd. He is also a board member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He served in the past as Manager, Asset Management of CISCO as well as Head, Investment Strategy at Bank of Cyprus. In October 2007 he moved to Egnatia Financial Services (Cyprus) Ltd as Managing Director facilitating a triple merger between Egnatia, CLR and Laiki Investments, and shortly later he was appointed Head of Asset Management at Laiki Financial Services and also served as member of the board of directors Previous to the Laiki Group, Christos worked at Hellenic Bank and Laiki Bank Group, serving a number of managerial positions in Asset Management and Private Banking. He now has more than 20 years' relevant industry experience and has attended numerous industry related events both as a speaker/presenter as well as participant. Christos is a graduate of the English School, Nicosia and holds a bachelor's degree in economics while he completed his MBA at Sheffield University, UK. He is also a holder of the Advanced Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission certification for all investment services / activities.

Evrita Malli is a banking and financial services professional with 20 years' experience in Cyprus, the UK and the USA. She has previously worked for Cyprus Popular Bank in London and Cyprus, Eurobank Cyprus, and a CY-based UCITS Management Company. Managerial positions of Head Wealth Management Operations, Risk and Compliance Manager, and Head Risk & Project Management provided her with multi-faceted experience and a deep understanding of Private Banking, Funds, Investment products, Treasury, and Lending. Evrita has also project managed various real estate advisory projects which include investment underwriting of NPL portfolios of major / systemic Cypriot and Greek banks; and Debt to Asset Swap (D2AS) services to banks comprising property workout advisory and D2AS procedures' creation. Evrita holds an MBA from Ohio State University. She was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas at Austin where she attained a BBA /Finance and a Bachelor of Arts /German. She also holds the Advanced Examination certificate by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
