Complete Incident Response Training (CIRT) was founded by Robert Tuttle in 2003 with a vision of bringing additional safety and professionalism to the towing industry in which I have worked most all of my life... CIRT is dedicated to providing the highest quality training to the many hard working professionals in the towing industry as well other cooperative agencies. CIRT strives to achieve this by providing training and consultation services that are designed to help our customers with day to day real world situations they will be faced with in the field... Finally, Complete Incident Response Training believes that formal training must be based on real world situations. We also strongly believe that muti-agency / muti-discipline training keeps all first responders safer at incident scenes.
