Throughout his career, he has driven the public messaging for legislative strategies and coordinated cohesive public awareness campaigns through digital and traditional communication channels. Adair is currently working on the MBTA's Quality, Compliance & Oversight (QCO) program.

ADESH VAGHELA

Adesh has a construction background with specific experience providing cost estimates and construction schedules. He is a creative thinker who thrives on being part of multiple project types, developing solutions to a variety of transit and transportation project challenges. Adesh effectively utilizes technology to facilitate the delivery of projects on time and under budget. His experience includes having developed cost comparisons for a renovation project at the MassMutual Center in Worcester and supporting multiple MBTA projects, including design schedule updates for the new Bus Maintenance Facility in Quincy and cost estimates for the rollout of the new Automatic Fare Collection program. He has a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

Colleen Moore - Founder, President

With a nearly 30-year career in the AEC industry, Colleen understands the value of client service and oversees projects in the Transit, Transportation, Higher Education, and Municipal markets. Through her leadership, the firm was recognized four years in row as Boston Business Journal's Best Places to Work and received the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce 2022 Small Business of the Year Award in the Cultural Excellence category. Colleen has established herself as a respected voice in our industry and is the President-Elect of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts (ACEC/MA). She is also a past Director of Womens Transportation Seminar (WTS) of Boston, Co-Chair of the 2019 Annual National Conference for WTS International, and active in the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Construction Industries of Massachusetts (CIM), and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Colleen has a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Danielle Martin

Contract Manager Danielle is an experienced professional with over 10 years' experience in the AEC industry. In her role as Contract Manager, Danielle takes an active role in managing and executing contracts working closely with our project managers as well as our clients. Danielle plays a vital role in developing and setting up projects overseeing their execution from a contractual perspective and communicating the needs of our clients to project management staff.

DEREK BELLUCCI

Derek has over 7 years of experience as a resident engineer, project engineer, and construction manager in both heavy civil infrastructure and building projects. He has a proven record of solving problems, communicating effectively with contractors, and effective enforcement of contract documents. Derek has supported the management of a number of different project types from gut renovations of historic buildings to new construction. Additionally, his projects have received industry recognition from the Construction Management Association of America.

GEOFFREY WONG

Geoff has been assisting with federal reporting, schedule time impact analyses, and program budget tracking for large transit and transportation programs. He provides schedule and budget analysis in support of the oversight of the design, buildout, integration, and implementation of transit programs designed to state and federal safety requirements. Geoff has also administered and maintained document control processes in accordance with construction project policies and procedures, coordinating document control activities of design, submittals, RFIs, field memos, and change orders with the contactor, project, and client staff. Geoff is also a lead user of the e-Builder Construction Management Software program.

HOLLY WENNINGER

JACQUES JUSLIN

Jacques has over 15 years of business analytics systems experience. He is a skilled, critical thinker supporting multiple software programs and developing technical solutions by applying new technology to re-engineer and improve business processes. Jacques is currently supporting an extensive transit program for the MBTA, collaborating with a large project team to address logistical challenges. He has a Master's Degree in informatics from Northeastern University.

Jay Moskowitz - CMO

Jay is an experienced marketer and business developer with over 15 years' experience in the AEC industry. In his role as Director of Marketing, he takes an active role in leading efforts to pursue new work while also providing marketing communications services in support of the branding of the firm. While the firm grows and expands into new markets, Jay has taken a leadership role defining the strategic direction of the firm and aiding the short and long-term planning processes. Jay is President of the Massachusetts Building Congress and an active member of the Society for the Marketing of Professional Services, Boston. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.

Joe is well versed in project communications and public relations having supported some of the largest transit and transportation programs in the Commonwealth. He has been responsible for implementing public outreach strategies that involve engaging project stakeholders affected by project planning and construction. Joe has experience planning and executing virtual public meetings and outreach events to gather the input of constituents during both design and construction. A former Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Joe has a firm grasp of the concerns of local legislators and municipalities.

JULIE CALLAHAN

Office Engineer Julie has extensive construction experience gathered over 25 years of public projects including major public infrastructure projects. She has expertise in project cost control and planning, risk and change order management, contract management and compliance, and diversity and outreach compliance. She has been involved in several large transit and transportation programs as well as a variety of roadway improvement and paving projects.

KARI RICHARDS

Kari's extensive field experience over a 20-year career has provided her with the hands-on knowledge critical to managing complex projects. A civil engineer who has experience serving both MassDOT and the MBTA, Kari oversees a team of construction inspectors, office engineers and document control managers on major public infrastructure programs. She is driven by her commitment to client service and enjoys overcoming challenges and finding solutions to ensure that projects operate smoothly. Kari earned her Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

KEITH KADY

Keith has a 20 year career working on major public infrastructure programs supporting field personnel and preparing documents for construction. A civil engineer with transportation and transit construction project experience, Keith has served both the MBTA and PanAm Railways. He has expertise with rail and transit construction from the contractor perspective and as a project engineer on the MBTA Green Line Extension. Keith is currently working on the MBTA's Quality, Compliance & Oversight (QCO) program. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from UMass Lowell.

LAWRENCE SODANO

Change Order Analyst A licensed construction supervisor and a member of the Massachusetts Bar, Larry has over 30 years of construction experience 15 years of which were focused on construction change orders and claims on large complex public works projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to best support the owner through the complicated processes of claims and change order review. Larry is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law.

Leila Cahillane

Leila takes an active role in directing and coordinating office services for City Point Partners. She is responsible for human resources including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. Leila also serves as Document Control Manager in support of our project managers, managing meeting minutes, authoring, and distributing various project reports, and serving as administrative support between our project managers and clients.

LINDSEY HEFFERNAN

Project Coordinator Lindsey has 5 years of experience supporting project teams and is currently the office manager for a large transit program. In her role, she assists with the implementation of document management software systems training staff on their use, managing all file templates, and developing quality control/quality assurance procedures. As support for design and construction project managers and technical leads, she also provides budget management and project financial controls.

Marcus Glynn

Marcus has 15 years of experience supporting both public and private sector construction projects. As a project coordinator/resident engineer, he works closely with project teams to verify that project specification requirements are being met or exceeded. Combining his background in management and materials testing, he coordinates and schedules the testing and commissioning activities of a project from groundbreaking through substantial completion. Marcus communicates clearly and effectively with clients to ensure that projects are completed on time while meeting quality standards. Currently, Marcus is serving as an on-site office engineer for the MBTA's New Quincy Bus Maintenance Facility project.

Marty is a public outreach professional with a distinguished career serving both public and private sector clients. He has served as Director of Corporate Communications for two iconic Fortune 500 companies and has worked closely with public agencies to build consensus with neighborhood residents on a broad range of design and construction projects. Throughout his career, Marty has built a reputation for being a thoughtful consultant who is responsive to clients while also being considerate of project stakeholders, listening intently to their needs. Marty shares these values in overseeing the work of our public outreach team and multiple project priorities. From his initial roles as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts State House, to managing community relations for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project, Marty has been a trusted liaison between public and private parties, and an active member of advisory committees which have rezoned neighborhoods and advised on the permitting of public and private development projects in the City of Boston.

MATTHEW BESSETTE

Minh holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Certified Concrete Inspector.

NEEL LAKHANI

Neel has both vertical and horizontal construction experience with cost estimating, construction modeling, critical path analysis, and developing work breakdown structures. He is a critical analytical thinker with an exacting eye for details. Neel has his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Construction Management and is cross-trained in the multiple software packages we use to support our clients with design and construction schedules, independent cost estimates and cost monitoring tools.

Peter Molina

Resident Engineer/Construction Supervisor Steve has 35 years of construction experience, 28 as an MBTA employee in the role of a construction supervisor. In this role, Steve reviewed and inspected various projects including track upgrades, station improvements, power and signal upgrades. He has also verified that contract specifications were met and were consistent with transportation and safety needs. Steve is also experienced with the MBTA's safety protocols and has supervised their implementation on numerous rail construction sites.
