Kim Vargas

Kim is a 33 year veteran of the banking & finance industry. She has held various positions in customer service, commercial loan administration and sales. Kim has expertise in commercial loan and leasing documentation, including identifying, structuring and closing loan transactions, as well as an extensive knowledge of the equipment financing and leasing. Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Kim participated on Six Sigma Process Improvement projects that established new organizational units, resulting in increased efficiencies, streamlined processes and increased employee satisfaction. Kim has a background in management and has worked within environments that require strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Mark L. Momberg

Mark is the Founder of Momberg & Comer Construction Services, a firm that provides effective construction and development consulting. Most clients are repeat clients and include multi-billion dollar public REIT's, local mid-size developers, national retail franchises, and financial institutions. Services include due diligence, lender inspections, feasibility analysis, site planning, budget/schedule preparation and design/permitting/construction management. Projects have been completed across the United States and Caribbean, and include retail and residential up to $60,000,000.00. With a BS in Civil Engineering and having held Certified General Contractor licenses in the states of Florida, Arizona, Arkansas and New Mexico, Mark's 31 years of experience and specialized training enhance any construction project. Areas of expertise include construction cost estimating; building systems maintenance; pavement engineering, contract preparation and management; inspection services and contingency engineering.

Melinda Lemen

Melinda is a 24 year banking veteran with a proven track record in managing commercial & commercial real estate loan documentation, commercial and residential construction loan administration, SBA, loan accounting and collateral administration departments in financial institutions. Melinda has demonstrated expertise in all aspects of loan fulfillment, leadership and Lean Process design. Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Melinda has designed end to end processes which focus on building a "management by fact" culture and eliminating non value added activities to optimize efficiency in organizations. Throughout her 24 year career at Bank of America; Melinda had responsibility for the company's Construction Administration Departments, including the 2005-2006 national consolidated construction operation for portfolios originated in all 26 affiliated states. Melinda has expertise in leading and managing across multiple site locations, supporting large client bases through subordinate managers, developing strategies around enhancement of client and business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with business partners, market sales teams and internal/external vendors.

Mike Blevins

Mike has over 30 years of management experience in the Commercial Real Estate Lending field for several of the premier banks in the Southeast. His role as manager included the production of new business, overseeing and maintaining a high quality department portfolio, training new officers, teaching the underwriting process in the Barnett Bank Real Estate Academy and heading up the workout efforts should loans need additional attention. Mike's lending expertise enables him to take a loan from concept through underwriting and on to loan closing, completion and repayment. In the event there are problem loans in the portfolio, his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and prevailing market conditions allow him to properly assess the current status of the problem loans and implement a strategy to minimize the impact to the bank's portfolio. He has worked extensively with borrowers and banks to arrive at the best possible solution for each party. He has also been involved in the disposition of assets that have been taken back by banks and worked hard to minimize any loss. He has a complete understanding of loan documents and the impact they will have on finding solutions. Mike has been involved in real estate development as a partner on several multi-family apartment projects and also several large PUD's. This enables him to see a project from both sides of the table and develop the best possible strategy in a workout situation. On new projects he has a good working knowledge of costs and can easily determine the viability of a proposal from the cost as well and the economic side of the equation.

Rae Jean

Rae Jean has been a Senior Construction Administrator for Bank of America's national Construction Administration Team for over 15 years. Rae Jean's expertise and skills include the documentation and monitoring of commercial and residential construction projects, land acquisition and development, builder lines of credit, SBA 504 and commercial and residential renovation loans. Throughout her 15 year career at Bank of America, Rae Jean acted in a lead (senior level) role in the company's centralized Construction Administration Department, which included a 20 person staff of construction loan closers and administrators with responsibility for all national construction loans originated throughout 26 affiliated banks. Rae Jean is often asked to provide assistance in recommending workout situations on problem construction credits, as well as identifying and explaining risk and mitigating factors on projects to lenders, attorneys, clients and other parties. She is viewed as an "expert" in the field of construction loan administration.

With his MBA, MSCE, and BSCE, Reece brings a level of expertise in overseeing commercial construction, land development and industrial projects from beginning to end. Highly skilled in negotations he has leveraged his experience to resolve partially completed projects for banks and financial institutions bringing them to completion.
