Craig is our Vice President of Special Projects and an expert on managing risks of mass homicide. During his tenure with CIS, Craig served as the architect of many of the company's unique risk management programs including the Guardian SafeSchool Program®, Anti-Terrorism Officer Division, and Guardian SafeWorkplace Program. As a consultant, Craig has provided expert assistance to a diverse range of schools, corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Examples of his clients include American Automobile Association, Carpenter Technology Corp, CF Industries, Corinthia Hotels, European Central Bank, European Commission, European Parliament, Florida Blue/GuideWell, Northrop Grumman, TECO Energy, U.S. Department of Justice, and U.S. DoD. Craig is an expert witness on school security, active shooter preparation, physical security, risk management, and emergency management. He was also a technical committee member for the revision of ASIS International's WVPI-2020/AA, Workplace Violence and Active Assailant - Prevention, Intervention, and Response Standard. Craig is a columnist for Workplace Violence Today magazine and author of numerous articles on security topics. He also provides expert commentary on school security, terrorism, and workplace violence issues for news media organizations including Al-Jazeera, BBC, CNN, Fox News, NewsNation, USA Today, and every news outlet in West Florida. Craig is the lead instructor for the S2 Institute's Anti-Terrorism Officer course and advanced seminars on security risk assessment, active shooter preparations, physical security, and emergency response planning. His previous students include over 5,000 security and public safety professionals from over 50 nations. He also lectures on security topics for John Jay College of Criminal Justice and presents PSP® exam preparation courses for ASIS International. Craig is also a TEDx presenter and frequent speaker at conferences worldwide on topics related to terrorism and mass homicide. Craig is a board-certified Physical Security Professional® (PSP) through ASIS International and possesses additional certifications including Certified Anti-Terrorism Officer (cATO®), Florida Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Practitioner (FCP), Certified Protection Specialist (CPS), and Certified in Homeland Security Level-III. Mr. Rodriguez joined Critical Intervention Services in 2003 as a protection officer and progressively rose through the ranks serving in every leadership position until his promotion to Chief of Uniformed Services in 2012. Hector is the Assistant Vice President of Special Projects and a security consultant focusing on matters related to school security, crime prevention for multi-family properties, security department operations, workplace violence, and protection of houses of worship. Hector has over 24 years of experience in security management and previously led one of the most advanced private security operations in the United States.

KC POULIN

KC is the lead architect of our community-based security and public safety programs and is co-author of two criminal justice textbooks.
