Her extensive skillset includes employee engagement and relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, process improvement, change management and strategic planning.

David Murphy - COO

Combining strong fiscal discipline and genuine passion for small businesses, David Murphy oversees the day-to-day operations of Clipper. With a diverse background encompassing manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, product development and software engineering, David specializes in meeting the needs of small business through local and hyper-local solutions. His career spans roles in the paper, engineering and telecommunications industries, including his previous position as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Clipper Magazine, managing operations, marketing, sales enablement and digital assets.

Jake Grether

A solutions-focused executive known for his analytical and visionary thought leadership Jake Grether is responsible for aligning sales strategies to business goals while successfully driving the overall performance of the company. Leading a team of 400, he develops, implements, and executes initiatives to achieve profitable, incremental revenue growth and optimize ROI. Jake has served the company in various leadership and business development roles since joining Clipper Magazine in 2003, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions Sales Integration.

Jim Jazwiecki - CTO

A highly experienced finance professional with an MBA, Tim directs Clipper's financial operations, including managing costs, company balance sheets and cash flows.
