After receiving her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Washington State University in 2002, Dr. Golly attended the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in Baltimore where she earned her doctor of dental surgery degree in 2007. She was then accepted into the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Louisiana State University HealthCare System in Shreveport, Louisiana. She received her medical doctor degree from LSU in 2010 and completed her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013.
Dr. Galindo received his dental degree from Universidad Javeriana School of Dentistry. He then pursued specialty training at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center, where he earned a certificate in prosthodontics. He later served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Galindo earned his Board Certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Galindo is past President of the Arizona Section of the American College of Prosthodontists, past President of the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Study Club, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and American Prosthodontic Society.
Active in dental research, Dr. Galindo attends numerous continuing education courses every year and has published research and clinical technique papers. He has presented at numerous national and international dental meetings, including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the American Prosthodontic Society and the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. David Sylvester attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both his undergraduate and dental training. He graduated with honors and holds degrees in biology, chemistry, and a doctorate of dental surgery. He attended residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences center earning a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of local, state, and national societies.
Dr. Sylvester serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma and is in private practice at ClearChoice®, St. Louis. His areas of research and interest include dental implants with an emphasis on full-arch implant rehabilitation. Dr. Sylvester is a speaker for the Straumann Group and lectures regularly on immediate, full-arch implant therapy with an emphasis on pterygomaxillary and zygomatic implants. Dr. Sylvester has completed over 2500 arches of fixed, implant-supported prosthetics and placed more than 10,000 dental implants. He has authored book chapters and papers on these same topics.
Dr. Amirali Zandinejad received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Azad University in Iran in 1996 and a Master of Medical Sciences in Restorative Dentistry degree at Sheffield University in the UK in 2000. Dr. Zandinejad also earned a certificate in prosthodontics from the University of Rochester, Eastman Institute for Oral Health in 2011. Additionally, Dr. Zandinejad also has advanced education in operative dentistry and general dentistry.
Dr. Amit Prabhakar Chavan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Government Dental College and Hospital in Aurangabad, India in 2009. He earned his Master of Dental Surgery - Prosthodontics degree from CSMSS Dental College and Hospital in Aurangabad, India in 2015. Dr. Daniel Alberto Cortes Trevino received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico where he graduated first in his class in 2012. Dr. Cortes Trevino has extensive experience with surgical implant procedures, including full-arch rehabilitation, general restorations, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Diana Cuesta earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from Harvard University. She received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she graduated with honors in Clinical Dentistry. She later completed advanced training in prosthodontics and received her specialty certificate at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her residency, she also earned a Master's degree in Oral Sciences for her research on zirconia materials for implant restorations.
Dr. Cuesta prides herself in treating patients like family. Her priority is to use her training and expertise to improve the comfort and confidence of her patients. She views dentistry as both a science and an art and her interests lie in implant dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, digital dentistry, and materials science. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Dr. Esther Oh attended Duke University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. Dr. Ramon Hernandez began his dental education in Nicaragua, where he graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Nicaragua in 2006. In 2008, after working as General Dentist in his home country, Dr. Hernandez was accepted in the specialty program in Oral Rehabilitation at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia. After graduating in 2010. Dr. Hernandez practiced as a specialist for several years and then decided to move to the US. He joined the Advance Specialty Program in Prosthodontics at Loma Linda University in California in 2017. Dr. Richard Zavada earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Woerner, DMD is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who provides advanced dental implant services. A native of Davie, Florida, she received her Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry at Florida Southern College in Lakeland and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Woerner then received her Doctor of Medicine degree, along with completion of a residency training program in oral and maxillofacial surgery, at Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Sciences Center-Shreveport. She later completed a fellowship in Pediatric, Cleft and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery. This also included advanced training in anesthesia and advanced airway management, along with bone grafting, jaw surgery, and dental implant rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and adults impacted by cleft and craniofacial conditions.

Throughout her career, Dr. Woerner has also been a valuable leader in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the local and national level, holding several important positions at LSU. During her time there, she served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the school of medicine, as Program Director of the oral and maxillofacial residency program, Fellowship Director of the craniofacial and cleft surgery, and as the director of numerous multi-disciplinary cleft and craniofacial teams. A passionate advocate of her specialty, she has trained and mentored hundreds of students and residents in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She has also authored a number of research articles and book chapters, including several works published in the Atlas of Operative Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been an invited lecturer at the national and international level.
Dr. Woerner is married to Major Garrett Michael Houk, who served 13 years in the United States Air Force as a B-52 pilot and is now attending the residency program in Dermatology at the University of Miami. They have three children, aged 9, 6, and 4. Dr. Woerner is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys physical fitness, volleyball, cooking, and fishing.

Dr. Stella graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery where he was selected to be Valedictorian. He then completed an internship in anesthesia at John Peter Smith Hospital and his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He has received multiple awards and honors, including the New York State Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Award and Dentsply International Award in prosthodontics.
Dr. Laura Rushford was born and raised in the North Shore of Boston and attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine for her DMD degree. She continued on at Harvard for her specialty training, earning a certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Medical Sciences degree in Oral Biology. While at Harvard, Dr. Rushford was awarded the Whip Mix Corporation - Hanau Award in Prosthodontics and was the first recipient of the Pelletier Family Fellowship in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Leila Sears received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry in 2016 as well as a Masters of Dental Science degree and a Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2019.

Dr. Matos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in 1995. His training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed in 1999 from Bellevue Hospital Center/New York University Medical Center when his specialty certificate was awarded.
In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in New Jersey, Dr. Matos is the Chief Attending Surgeon in the Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Trinitas Regional Medical Center (Elizabeth, NJ). He has also been privileged to serve as President of the Union County Dental Society.
Dr. Matos is excited to continue his passion for restoring form, function and health in the state where he was born and raised. His special interests include Trauma, Pathology and Reconstruction -Skeletofacial and Endosseous Dental Implants.
Dr. Padilla earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Costa Rica in 1976. He then went on to earn his Master of Science while studying prosthodontics at The Ohio State University, before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991.
Dr. Andrawis graduated from Rutgers University Magna Cum Laude and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. He then completed The Jonathan and Maxine Ferencz Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where he was awarded the Kenneth Adisman Award for outstanding resident. From there, Dr. Andrawis gained invaluable experience as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU, volunteer dentist at Four Corners Regional Health Center in Arizona and as an associate dentist in private practice in New Jersey.
As part of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in New Jersey, Dr. Andrawis works closely with patients, helping them design and customize their new smile. His warm demeanor and keen eye for detail allow him to take the time to understand his patients' needs and expectations. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Andrawis enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, and writing articles for dental journals. He is an active member in a number of professional organizations.

Dr. Warner graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School in 1982 and earned his PhD in Cell Biology and Anatomy from UTHSCD School of Biomedical Sciences in 1984. He then completed an internship and residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. In addition to his extensive learning, Dr. Warner has spent decades teaching at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and Texas A&M University College of Medicine.
Dr. Paul Kessling began his schooling at the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2017, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Upon graduation, Dr. Kessling completed a three-year post-graduate specialty certification program in Advanced Prosthodontics and earned his Master of Science Degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Crume earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC in 1984. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville, KY in 1988. After four years in private general practice with his father in Florence, KY, he returned to the University of Louisville and received a degree in Prosthodontics in 1994.

Dr. Vasim Momin is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2012. Additionally, Dr. Momin completed his medical degree from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015. He then went on to complete Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Illinois at chicago in 2018.
Dr. Jovic earned a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston, MA. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in Providence, RI. In 2008, Dr. Jovic decided to elevate his expertise beyond general dentistry by continuing his training with a heavy emphasis on prosthodontics and dental implants. His advanced prosthodontics training was completed at the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry.
