Aidan leads Claddagh's Legal recruitment. In the past year, he has brought in 4 new law firm clients and has placed over a dozen lawyers.
George McAllister has been with Claddagh for over 20 years and has worn many hats during his time there. He runs the Ireland operations and also doubles down as the company's go-to IT Guru. George is known for being able to find a solution for any and every problem, no matter which side of the pond it is on! When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ursula and their lovely grandchildren.
Jack leads the S4 Hana and Supply Chain recruitment at Claddagh. Jack is also responsible for legal recruitment at Claddagh at the partner level.
Jarrette leads accounts for Claddagh - his focus is in manufacturing and consulting clients.
A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway (Bachelor of Arts (Hons); Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis) Jennifer is based in Donegal, Ireland. She has been in Executive Search for 20+ years. Having initially joined the Claddagh team in December 2000 she is part of the recruitment team taking care of building a candidate pipeline, working to develop a continuous pipeline of potential candidates for various client positions. She has excellent communications skills and sourcing techniques and is skilled in the area of executive search. Outside of work she enjoys listening to music, reading and walking.
Katherine joined Claddagh and has made placements for consulting companies, manufacturing companies, and legal firms.
The founder of Claddagh - Peter has a successful history as an entrepreneur, writer, investor, and policitican.
Ryan leads Claddagh's operations and has been in the CEO role since 2018.
Ryan Casey is a proud Atlanta native and an alumnus of The University of Georgia's J.M. Tull School of Accounting, from which he graduated in May 2016. His professional journey began with a role in Consulting at Capgemini, where he was a part of their Business Transformation Services unit until December 2017.
On the personal front, life has been exciting lately as he has transitioned from fiance to husband to girl-dad. He's married to the wonderful Sarah, a dedicated nurse at Emory. The couple welcomed their daughter, Grace, in November 2022, adding a new chapter of joy to their lives. They've made their home in the neighborhood of Brookhaven. Ryan is a regular at F3, attending morning workouts at various Atlanta AO's. Saturdays are reserved for cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, the back-to-back national football champions. While his love for basketball remains undiminished, he's also continually working on refining his golf skills.
Siofra is a recent graduate of the College of Charleston and loves to spend her free time travelling and seeing the world. She is an artist, known for her pastel work. At Claddagh, she sources for all jobs and helps set up calls for the recruiters on the team.
