Tom is a healthcare professional with 20+ years of experience in hospitals and community-based settings, having held positions in clinical, operational, and leadership roles. Tom has developed quality and safety programs for a variety of healthcare providers across the country, and often speaks nationally on topics of leadership and patient safety.
In his current role, Tom oversees company operations and heads up several national improvement initiatives with continued emphasis on data analysis, efficiency, and safety culture. Tom has obtained membership in several professional societies and associations as well as certified training in Six Sigma methodologies. He earned his BSN and MSN from Loyola University, Chicago with a focus on Health System Management and Clinical Informatics.
