Marcie Robertson

Marcie started her career in the early 1980's with Linkletter Properties in Costa Mesa. Linkletter Self Storage was known as a pioneer of the self-storage industry and it was here where she developed her skills in managing properties throughout the Southern California region.

Megan Webb

Megan Webb brings to the Clayton Companies a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate and Property Management business. Before joining The Clayton Companies, Megan worked for Sperry Commercial as a property manager, managing over 350,000 sq ft of Class A Office, Retail, and Industrial Flex Real Estate. Her responsibilities ranged from tenant and landlord improvements to overall construction and property maintenance. Megan also has experience managing residential properties where her responsibilities included rent collection, bookkeeping, project development, oversight and dealing directly with any issues pertaining to the lessee and condition of leased premises. With this experience, Megan is able to work efficiently and effectively with Brokers, managers, tenants and property owners. Megan earned a tennis scholarship to Cal State Fullerton and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health Science. She holds a Certification in Property Management from the State of California, a Certificate in Construction Management from UCLA and a Real Estate license from the California Department of Real Estate. Megan is married and lives in Orange Park Acres with her husband, David. She loves horses and is an accomplished rider in the National Cutting Horse Association. David and Megan love spending time with their families and enjoy many outdoor activities. One of their favorite outdoor activities is taking their Jeep off roading to Big Bear and Pismo Beach.

Natalie Clayton Carroll

Natalie began working for the family business at the age of 18, as an Office Manager at Bayside Executive Suites. After graduating from Loyola Marymount in 2002, she obtained her CA Real Estate License and began working atNelson Shelton Real Estate in Beverly Hills. After a few years, she returned to Orange County and, began working with private investors on residential and commercial transactions throughout Southern California. Natalie eventually returned to school and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from the Interior Designers Institute in 2009. Shortly thereafter, the Clayton Design Group was established. Her portfolio of work ranges from residential to commercial projects throughout Southern California and a women's boutique in Portland, Oregon. Natalie works alongside Marcie on leasing, marketing and day today management of the Clayton properties. She is the in-house designer for all tenant & property remodels and is an avid networker with the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Natalie is married and currently lives in North Tustin with her husband, Ryan, and two daughters, Olivia and Teresa.

Nick Clayton - President

Nick began his career in construction at an early age, working weekends and summers on projects throughout Southern California. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, Nick has been integral in the construction of several residential communities including Spy Glass Hill in Newport Beach, Park Huntington in Huntington Beach and apartment projects throughout Riverside and Orange Counties. Nick obtained his B-1 General Contractor's License in 1974, became Vice President of Orange Coast Construction in 1980 and established Clayton, Clayton & Company in 1981with his late father, Earl E. Clayton. With a solid background in construction, Nick naturally evolved into the role of developer. He has developed multiple sites throughout Southern California, with joint ventures between property owners and investment groups
