CoachChris.ca was founded by Chris Helwig in 2001. Chris played many different sports in high school and only dabbled in a couple high school bike races. After high school Chris needed a competitive outlet and thought he would give bike racing a try. Chris rode with his local club, but designed his own training programs with what he was learning during his Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and all the training studies and books he could get his hands on... Professionaly designed 12 week training plans for endurance athletes. Peronalized coaching for cyclists, triathletes and mountain bike athletes of all levels
