Christi Sodano is the Vice President and Head of Global Marketing at Clevertech where she oversees brand strategy, integrated marketing and communications efforts. In her role, Christi is responsible for building the Clevertech brand and facilitating our comprehensive communications strategy. Prior to joining Clevertech in 2023, Christi served as Global Marketing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she managed global campaigns in business resilience and DigitalBCG marketing. Before BCG, she led teams in digital customer experience for Accenture's North American Utilities practice. Christi holds an M.S. Journalism and Media Management from Northwestern University and B.S. in Biology from University of California Santa Barbara.

Kimberly Gallagher is Clevertech's Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her career, Kim has proven her ability to support companies towards sustainable consistent growth. As a CFO, her expertise extends beyond finance, as she has overseen accounting, operations, human resources and FP&A. Before her experience working in digital services, she held roles in varied industries, including airlines, retail, manufacturing, financial services and insurance. Notably, she supported a successful IPO, and countless other complex financial exercises. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Kuty Shalev is an operations driven technologist, and the CEO of Clevertech, as well as one of our two partners. As the leader of our operations, infrastructure, People-Ops, CleverU and various other programs, Kuty is the shepherd of the Clevertech culture and our core values of Freedom, Mastery and Purpose. Kuty has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Yeshiva University and was formerly a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York. Kuty is an active member of the New York City angel investing community, serves as an advisor or director at a number of startups in New York and is an active speaker at industry conferences in the US and Europe.

Michael Hagler is an entrepreneur, technologist and the President of Clevertech, as well as one of our two partners. Based in New York City, Michael partners with CTO's/CIO's, serial entrepreneurs, sophisticated investors, founding teams and BOD's to help create new businesses, lead digital transformations and drive new product innovation. As an operator and founder, Michael has worked in the SaaS, logistics, sports, agency, pharmaceutical, FinTech, manufacturing, and market-economy industries, and past projects have been featured on TechCrunch, by Apple, in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, FastCompany, Inc5000 and on Bloomberg TV. Michael currently serves as a board member, advisor or active angel investor to a number of funded startups and growth businesses, and currently leads a team of 400+ designers, engineers and business analysts across North America.

Michelle McFarland acts as the Chief Operating Officer at Clevertech. Splitting her time between Toronto and New York City, Michelle partners with CTO's/CIO's, serial entrepreneurs, sophisticated investors, and executive teams to ensure the satisfaction and success of each Clevertech partnership. Michelle worked in Human Resources, Customer Success and Business Analysis before heading up the Client Services & Operations department, and her background makes her a key player and point of contact for clientele ranging from startups to Fortune500 companies. Currently Michelle coordinates the day-to-day management and execution of a team of 400+ designers, engineers and business analysts across North America and Europe. Her experience as an engagement manager ranges from enterprise web to IoT, and everything in between.
