Our goal is to support individuals and communities in effecting significant, positive changes. In order to have a transformative impact, our direct services will be coupled with other legal strategies, including community education, technical assistance, policy advocacy, and impact litigation. In addition, we will be developing new strategic partnerships and strengthening our capacity-building efforts in the community to maximize our impact... CLSEPA's HOUSING PROGRAM believes everyone should have a safe, stable place to call home. We work with low-income tenants to fight the housing crisis, prevent homelessness, improve living conditions, and stop community displacement... CLSEPA's ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM believes everyone deserves a second chance. We empower clients to attain economic security for themselves and their community.
