Coastal Housing Partnership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local employers attract and retain valued employees by offering their workforce a wide range of housing benefits. We provide these housing benefits and services to employees of member companies in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties... Nonprofit Coastal Housing Partnership was created in 1987 by a group of local South Coast employers who found it increasingly difficult to attract and retain talent due to the high cost of housing in our community. They partnered with a network of local real estate professionals who offer savings on their services to employees of Coastal Housing member companies. Over the past 35 years, we've expanded our housing benefits to include savings on home purchases, mortgage refinances and selected apartment rentals.
