Anthony J. Caliri specializes in business valuation and exit planning strategies for business owners interested in succession planning, business sale or acquisition; development of family limited partnerships, and matrimonial dispute division of assets. These concepts overlap into the area of valuations for wealth accumulation to minimize taxes associated with Estate, Gift & Trust returns. Mr. Caliri also participates in the audit function for employee benefit plans, governmental units and other special compliance type audits. Other areas of service include loan packaging and financing assistance to small businesses. Mr. Caliri has been in the public accounting arena for thirty years.
Blair J. Barbieri provides education and consulting services in developing and maintaining general accounting systems and controls designed to capture results of operations and provide required tax compliance for small businesses and individuals alike. Mr. Barbieri utilizes a classroom approach to develop a conceptual understanding of accounting basics to provide management with useful operational information, the value of internal controls, while interfacing with compliance requirements at the Federal & State level. Mr. Barbieri has been involved in accounting for over twenty five years.
Nancy is Shareholder specializing in accounting and auditing of not-for-profit and privately-held for-profit entities. Services include compliance and financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, general financial and Board consultation, and informational and tax return preparation. Prior to working with Caliri, Mancini & Barbieri, PC (formerly Caliri & Mancini, PC), Nancy held management positions with CBIZ Tofias/Mayer Hoffman McCann, PC (formerly Tofias PC) and Rooney, Plotkin & Willey; she started her career over twenty-three years ago with the national accounting firm, Ernst & Young.
Ralph Barbieri specializes in general accounting and tax services for small business corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, sole proprietors and individuals alike. Services include consultations regarding appropriate choice of entity structure, tax planning to maximize bracket rates and credit utilization, and Federal and Multi-State tax return preparation. Mr. Barbieri's professional experience has spanned over twenty-six years prior to joining Caliri, Mancini & Barbieri, PC.
