Specializing in supply chain management we focus on, construction project strategies from concept to commissioning including planning and coordination. We are passionate about our work and interact with our clients in a solution focused, positive and enthusiastic environment... We are proud to be a member of the Public Construction Council of BC and also serve on the BC Documents Committee to develop standardized construction documents for the public sector... We have a particular interest in working with our clients on the whole of life planning process for construction projects. Our early involvement includes assistance with developing a business case and risk assessment, engaging professional consultants, project managers (if required) and engaging a contractor for the work. We provide comprehensive advice to the organization on their role in the complete project.
