Delia received her B.A. from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Delia oversees all aspects of operations including finance, HR and compliance.
Erica graduated cum laude from Barnard College. She then worked as a paralegal in the Institutional Finance Department at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy after which she received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Erica was a litigation associate at Haight, Gardner, Poor and Havens (now Holland and Knight) before working in-house at CSX Sea-Land. Prior to joining CMW Legal Search, Erica was the USA Country Manager for Wine Intelligence, a global leader in wine consumer research and insights.
Juliet DeMasi graduated with honors from the University of Montana in 1991 and received her J.D. in 1997 from New York University School of Law. Juliet practiced corporate law with Thacher Proffitt & Wood and Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein before entering the legal search field.

Laura graduated summa cum laude from The College at Brockport, SUNY and received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Laura practiced as a real estate associate at the firm that is now Nixon Peabody and in 1986 moved into the legal search field.

Lauren graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her J.D. degree from Fordham Law School. Before entering the legal search field in 1987, Lauren was a corporate associate with Dornbush, Mensch, Mandelstam & Schaeffer and later with Berlack, Israels & Liberman.
Megan graduated from Emerson College with her BFA in Musical Theatre. She has been working with CMW Legal Search for over two years. While she is not in the office, she is pursuing her acting career on stage and camera.
Nicole graduated from Cornell University in 2008 and received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. Nicole was a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, and practiced labor and employment law with Genova Burns LLC before entering the legal search field.

Robin graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College and received her J.D. from Columbia University Law School. Robin was a corporate associate, first with Baer, Marks & Upham, and later with Pryor, Cashman, Sherman & Flynn. Robin also practiced for three years with the legal department of The Chase Manhattan Bank before entering the legal search field in 1988.
