Coendu was formed primarily for this purpose. We were the first company in Almuñécar to offer these services and over the years we have grown and evolved into Almuñécar's premier resource for expats in Spain. Specialising in administrative management, town hall legislation compliance, public finances, social security, tax advising, legal estate investments, real estate and insurances means that it is not just foreign nationals that use Coendu to resolve issues. We also have a large number of Spanish clients... Having originally been founded by his parents, Coendu S.L is now in the safe hands of Commercial Manager, Rafael, who runs the administrative side of the business.
