Andy Stallone graduated from St. Johns University in 1978 with a B.A. in Political Science.
From 1978-1993 he was Vice-President of Stallones', Inc., based in Queens, New York, which he grew to a chain of 6 family style restaurants and an off-site catering business. He was an original founder and Executive Vice President of Boca Beverage, a statewide beverage distribution company based in Boca Raton, Florida. He had been involved in the development and construction of each restaurant and warehouse facility for the distribution business. He has worked with Ed Ellman on various commercial projects since 1994, and became a full time partner in 2002.
Andy is involved in all aspects of each project, from initial site selection through project design, but concentrates his efforts on financing, marketing, sales and leasing. Additionally, he acts as the managing partner for each Limited Partnership entity. It is his past experience, as a businessman who owned various commercial properties, that allows him to fully understand the needs of their client base.

Cary has been with C.M.S.I. for 10 years as Vice President of Operations. He supervises all aspects of the construction process. He has a strong background in both construction and architecture, and he currently holds a State of Florida General Contracting license. His knowledge and organizational skills is extensive. Cary is responsible for handling all aspects of the permitting and inspection processes. He is extremely capable, determined, and has a remarkable ability to manage the diversity personalities involved in the construction process. With those qualifications, C.M.S.I. is able to complete projects within the allotted time frame, and on budget.

Ed Ellman is the owner and president of Contractors Management Services, Inc. and CMS Real Estate. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a B.A. in Business/Real Estate and has worked in the construction industry ever since. Ed is a licensed General Contractor as well as a Florida Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the Commercial Realtors Society of Palm Beach County and the Florida Board of Realtors. He began in residential construction building spec and custom homes. C.M.S.I. was founded after Ed realized a need for smaller industrial space to satisfy the needs of small business owners. From there, the company expanded to develop office and retail complexes suited to professionals and business owners who preferred to own rather then rent. Ed has personally overseen the development and construction of over 2,000,000 sf of commercial properties in the South Florida market.
Ed is involved in all aspects of the business and runs the company with a strict "hands on" policy. He has strong customer service values and instills them in those who work for him. His philosophy in developing properties is simple. Offer the greatest market value by selecting the best location, constructing to the highest standards, and completing with all the necessary amenities. With this commitment to excellence he hopes to continue helping small business owners achieve their goals of owning their own office and warehouse buildings.
Heather is the office manager and oversees the daily operations of the company.
She provides office support to the field staff and handles site purchasing. Heather is responsible for the administration of all office procedures and documents associated with construction. Her extensive background in the banking industry provides her with familiarity with draw requests and similar paperwork associated with construction. She coordinates tenant improvements and lends support to property management activities. She is an integral part in keeping the team working together.
