Jeffrey Pedigo - COO

Jeff is an experienced real estate executive with expertise in stewardship of clients' properties and leading management teams. Throughout his 30 years in the industry, he has been consistently successful at responding to changing market conditions, maintaining above-market performance, and driving value. Jeff is responsible for operations at Coast Property Management and drives strategic initiatives for data driven processes, business intelligence, process standardization and organizational design. Jeff rejoined the Coast team in 2020 after spending 18 years in Asset Management, holding various leadership roles. Jeff holds a Master's degree of Arts in Business and Administration from Washington State University and has a CPM® designation with IREM. Jeff also enjoys being involved in the community, working with the Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts of America, and other local charities and non-profit organizations. Jeff and his wife, Connie, have three children, and he enjoys hiking, cycling, basketball, volleyball, golf, and pickleball.

John Maihofer - CEO

John is a seasoned expert in strategic planning and executive leadership and is responsible for the daily operations and company culture at Coast. He joined the Coast Group of Companies in 2016 after spending 15 years in banking, where he held various sales and leadership roles. He is an active member of several professional industry and community organizations and his service roles have included Association of Corporate Growth (ACG - Seattle Chapter), Associated General Contractors of Washington (AGC - Seattle Chapter), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP - Washington State), and a philanthropic commitment for numerous volunteer hours at local nonprofits. John currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA). John and his wife, Lynn, enjoy spending time with their four children, golfing, and exploring all that the Northwest has to offer.

Lori Franceschini

Lori is responsible for client and vendor relations for Coast. With 25+ years of asset management experience, she drives value for clients and oversees the marketing and development of new lease up properties. She has vast expertise in advising on strategic initiatives to enhance business performance, resulting in increased portfolio value, and maximizing revenue growth for owners. She collaborates closely with clients through development, due diligence, managing detailed underwriting, and aiding multifamily investors in assessing investment options aligned with their goals. She has successfully directed the marketing and operations of 50+ lease up communities, primarily in Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, and Boise. She implements the advertising and marketing plan and drives results with the on-site teams from lease up to stabilization. Prior to joining Coast, Lori held the roles of Vice President of Property Management and Director of Asset Management. Lori and her husband, Steve enjoy spending time with their family of four children, one granddaughter and two mischievous dogs.
