Mr. Asaad Al-Banwan has held the position of Vice Chairman of the company since May 2019 and started his career as a Board of Directors member of National Investment Company until he assumed the chairmanship of its Board from 2001 to 2005. He also served as Vice Chairman of Sira Bank For investment from 2007 until 2012, and the position of Chairman of Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) from 2005 until 2017. And the position of Vice Chairman of the Gulf Company for Cables and Electrical Industries from 2003 to 2018. Mr. Asaad Al-Banwan received a bachelor's degree in Finance and Administration from Kuwait University in 1982.

Mr. Abdul Wahab Al-Wazzan has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019. He has held the position of Minister of Trade and Industry and the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Al-Wazzan has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Kuwait International Bank from 2004 Until 2010, and the position of Chairman of National International Holding Company from 1995 to date. Mr. Al-Wazzan graduated from the College of Business Administration at West Michigan University in the United States of America in 1974.
Mr. Ayad Al-Sumait has joined the board of directors on 04/07/2023. Mr. Ayad held multiple positions in his working career, starting with the Central Bank of Kuwait during the period from 1984 to 1991, then the Real Estate Investment Group during the period from 1991 to 2006, then the General Investment Authority for the period 2007-2021, and he joined the membership of the boards of directors in the Touristic Enterprises Company in 2016 to date, and the National Company for Technology Projects in 2018 to date, and before it in companies in the Republic of Sudan, such as Kenana Sugar Company Ltd. from 1997 to 2004. The Sudanese Company for Animal Production from 1997 to 2001, the Arab Maritime Company from 2003 to 2006, the National Investment Company from 2001 to 2007, the National Hotels Company from 2010 to 2018 and the Durra Company for Domestic Labor from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Ayad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor curriculum in Administrative Sciences in 1984.

Mr. Basim Al-Othman has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019, as well as Chairman of a private company, and the Vice-Chairman of National International Holding Company, and a member of the board of directors of National Investment Company From 2007 until 2012 . Mr. Al-Othman graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Kuwait University in 1983.
Mr. Osama Al-Ayoub has held the position of Chairman of the company since May 2019. He has held several important previous positions, including the Director of the Private Equity Division at the Kuwait Investment Authority from 2006 to 2008 and then as CEO of the Kuwait Investment Office in London from 2012 Until 2018. He also held the position of CEO at Goldman Sachs International from 2008 until 2012. Mr. Osama holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University in 1994.
