Andre Henriques

Andre has spent his entire career working in some aspect of the construction industry. He initially worked as a generalist for a window & doors subcontractor, and then moved on to focus solely on estimating and bringing in new business. Andre worked as an Estimator for a general contractor for several years, building his knowledge of all trades. In 2015, he joined Coastal Tile & Marble, specializing as an Estimator in the tile & stone industry, performing takeoffs, pricing, submitting proposals, and developing and maintaining relationships throughout the industry. Andre has succeeded in closing multi-million-dollar contracts with many of the top general contractors in the NY-metropolitan area. Some of the contracts Andre has been awarded include the W Hotel Union Square, Delta and United Sky Clubs at Newark Airport, Grand Central Mezzanine, Bergen Town Center Mall, Broadview Assisted Living, and a variety of other projects in the hotel, restaurant, office fit-out, hospital, and hospitality space. When not at work, Andre likes to work on cars, maintaining and modifying their performance. He enjoys creative hands-on projects that include welding, wood working, and HiFi speaker building. When the weather cooperates, he will take a spin on a bike on open trails.

Coastal Tile & Marble specializes in the commercial installation of ceramic, porcelain, quarry and dimensional stone, serving New York City and the tristate area.

Angela Roman

Angela serves as Office Manager for Coastal Tile & Marble and Vespa Stone LLC and is responsible for overseeing accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, union reporting, auditing, prequalification's and government reporting for both businesses. Angela joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 1999 as an Intern from Berkeley College of White Plains, and has taken on increasing responsibilities since that time. Angela earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berkeley College in 2002. Prior to working with Coastal Tile & Marble, Angela held positions in the Telemarketing and Interior Design fields. Angela is certified in QuickBooks Pro. Since becoming part of the Coastal Tile team, Angela was married and started a family. She and her husband are proud parents to their son, Dario, and spend endless hours playing with him at parks and at the beach.

Anthony Vespa - President

Anthony began his career in 1988 as a Stone Mason with Local 84. He quickly excelled and was promoted first to Foreman and eventually to Supervisor. While directing and overseeing many prestigious projects in the New York City area, Anthony earned a position as Vice President with Port Morris Tile & Marble, one of the largest marble and tile companies in NY. For the next 20 years, Anthony directed and managed numerous large stone projects, including the 911 Memorial Fountains and Plaza, FDR Memorial, and Yankee Stadium monument relocation, to name a few. Anthony is a Trustee on the Board of Local 197 Stone Derrickmen and Riggers. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and with family and friends. He enjoys golf, biking and vacations. Anthony is a great supporter of Gianna Nicole's Heart of Hope Foundation, along with many other causes.

Doug Polle Field

Doug joined Coastal Tile & Marble's Operations Team as Field Superintendent in 2014. He is responsible for the completion of all jobs in New York City, New Jersey and the five boroughs. Doug's role involves managing jobs from start to finish, including staffing, worksite preparation, installation, compliance with job specifications, quality control, safety, and on-time completion. He interfaces daily with project managers and other superintendents. Doug started in the industry as a young man right out of high school, working side by side with his father. He joined the union in 1985, working for Port Morris Tile & Marble as an Apprentice. While with Port Morris, Doug progressed through the ranks - as Helper, Journeyman, Tile Superintendent and Project Manager. Throughout the years, Doug worked on many large scale projects in New York City, such as Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, and Tower 1 World Trade Center. Doug is qualified with OSHA as a Site Safety Training Supervisor, a 62 hour certification, which includes 30 Hour OSHA, and various other safety and accident prevention training components. Doug spends many peaceful hours boating and fishing with his family.

Henry Vasconcelos

Janet Segatti - CHRO

Janet has worked in the Human Resources field since graduating from college. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from Montclair State University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pace University. During her HR career, Janet worked in various positions in both public and private corporations, including Human Resource Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Human Resources for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Citibank, and Ampacet Corporation. She is a full-fledged HR professional, with extensive experience in staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits design, payroll systems, management training, communications & social media, and event planning. Janet joined Coastal Tile & Marble in 1997 as Director of Human Resources. Throughout the years, Janet has been an active community volunteer. She was President of the Byram Hills Preschool Association, Special Events Coordinator for Westchester-Putnam Special Olympics and the Armonk Baseball League, and has held many volunteer positions for the Byram Hills PTSA, including Vice President and Grade Coordinator. Janet is a Notary Public, certified in Westchester County in the State of New York.

Joe Segatti

Joe began working with Coastal Tile & Marble part-time while in high school - assisting in the warehouse, organizing tools and materials for use on the job, installing tile, waterproofing, cement and self-leveling materials, while ensuring ongoing organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and jobsites. In 2019 Joe joined Coastal Tile full time as a Project Manager, with responsibility for material submittals and purchase orders, change order management, stone measurements and field coordination. Joe was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2023 in recognition of his outstanding performance in this role. Joe also steps in as Warehouse Manager when needed, ensuring packing, organization and delivery of all tools, equipment, and materials needed in the field each day, interfacing with vendors regarding shipments of materials, fabrication orders, and the like. After graduating from the University of Tampa with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physiology, Joe spent several years traveling with the USTA as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. When not on the road with the USTA, Joe worked on a variety of home improvement and home remodeling projects. Joe is certified in Autodesk AutoCAD through the Technical Institute of America and is OSHA 30 Hour Certified. When not at work, Joe continues to pursue his health and fitness passion as a member of CrossFit, works on home improvement projects, enjoys skiing & snowboarding, and hiking with his two dogs Lola and Leo.

Joe Tudisco

Joe Tudisco joined Vespa Stone in 2020 with a wealth of experience in the stone fabrication and installation arena. For 31 years, Joe worked in his family's business, Fiorano Tile & Marble. During that time, Joe was responsible for much of the growth and expansion of Fiorano. In 1980, he started their custom stone fabrication division. In the late 1980's, as part of the surge of interest in granite countertops, he worked with the Sbarro International restaurant chain, fabricating and installing thousands of tops for over 500 Sbarro restaurants worldwide. In the early 1990's, Fiorano started a wholesale tile and stone division called FTI Distributors. To keep up with the growth of FTI, Joe designed and built a 30,000 square foot distribution facility from which to operate, and also started their installation division serving the NY-metropolitan area. At its peak, Fiorano had 4 retail locations, 2 warehouses, a fabrication facility and 35 employees with multiple installation crews. Several years ago, Joe made the move to Port Morris Tile & Stone as Senior Project Manager in their Special Projects Division. Some of the featured projects Joe managed included the Trinity School, Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Moynihan Station Terrazzo, and senior management's personal penthouse apartments at 30 Park Place in NYC. Since joining Vespa Stone in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, Joe has been involved in such key projects as 1345 Avenue of the Americas, Trinity Church, MSK Hospital, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Lincoln Center, Pace University, Museum of Modern Art, several projects at Hudson Yards, retail space at the Empire State Building, and many more. Joe earned a degree in Electronic Field Engineering from DeVry Technical Institute and is OSHA 30 Hour certified. Joe is a NY State Paramedic and power plant mechanic for the Federal Aviation Administration. When not at work, Joe enjoys fishing, boating and long range precision target shooting.

Linda Allen

Linda joined our administrative team in 2015 as Accounts Receivable Specialist, with a focus on setting up new projects, contract administration, insurance, billing, collections and change orders for both Coastal Tile & Marble and Vespa Stone. Linda also handles ICAP enrollments for the City of New York - Division of Labor Services Contract Compliance Unit, as well as OCIP-CCIP enrollments for projects listed under the Controlled Insurance Program. Linda has had many years of account and bookkeeping experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked for a number of general contractors and the City of White Plains Department of Finance during her extensive career. Linda has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Malcolm King Harlem College, an extension of Marymount Manhattan College, and is a Notary Public, certified in the State of NY.

Lota Sarmiento

Lota joined Coastal Tile's new business venture, Vespa Stone LLC, early in 2019. As Senior Drafter, Lota is in charge of generating all shop drawings and shop tickets using AutoCAD. Lota worked in this role for Port Morris Tile & Marble and Liberty Marble prior to joining Vespa Stone. Lota also previously worked as a Designer for Urbane Architects, completing design tasks from schematic design through the construction phase. Since joining Vespa Stone, Lota has worked on a variety of projects, including several in the World Trade Center, such as The Ron Perelman Performing Arts Center, 1 World Trade Center, and World Trade Center Retail in Towers 1 to 4. She has also worked on drawings for the North and South Reflective Pools at the 911 Memorial Plaza, Hudson Yards Tower A, Fordham Law School, Bellevue Hospital, Ritz Carlton, Hearst Building, Goldman Sachs and the Harmony Atrium. Lota's drawings are instrumental in the successful installation of dimensional stone. Lota earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Technological University of the Philippines, is OSHA Safety Certified, and certified in AutoCAD. When not at work, Lota enjoys spending time with her family.

Mark Sorbella

Mark served as Director of Operations for Coastal Tile & Marble since its inception in 1992. In January, 2018, Mark was promoted to Vice President of Operations in recognition of his industry knowledge and many years of dedicated service. With over 30 years of experience in tile & marble, Mark possesses a diversified set of skills, having managed multiple complex and challenging projects, such as The New York City Policy Academy and Pepsico World Headquarters. Mark has a proven history of successful project completion - on budget and on time, with efficiency and superior quality. Prior to joining Coastal Tile & Marble, Mark worked for 6 years as Project Manager/Estimator for Art Tile, Inc. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Cortland. He is a Laticrete International Certified Installation Product Expert, OSHA Certified Safety Coordinator, Notary Public, and a member of Local Union #7 Tile, Marble & Terrazzo. When not managing the day to day operations at Coastal Tile, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, cooking, and the emotional rollercoaster of being an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Mic Segatti - EVP

Mic has worked in the tile industry since his teenage years, working in all departments at Coastal Tile & Marble, including Estimating, Project Management, Accounting and Warehouse Logistics. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a master's degree in business administration (MBA). While in college, Mic worked in various accounting, finance and job planning roles in the public and private sector. Upon graduation from college, Mic joined Coastal Tile's Operations Department as a Project Manager, managing projects throughout Westchester County, NY and in New York City. By the time he was 25, Mic was organizing multi-million-dollar projects in various corporate, retail and healthcare sectors. Whether the project calls for tile or interior stone, Mic understands how to get the job done right. His most recent accomplishments can be found within the Hudson Yards campus in NYC, where he has completed projects for some of our most prestigious clients. In December 2019, Mic shifted his focus to the estimating side of the business. Providing bids to our customers with accurate numbers and precise information is his top priority, and his experience in the field helps him achieve this. Mic was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2023 to reflect his expanding role in the company, providing oversite in all facets of the business. Mic is qualified with OSHA as a Site Safety Training Supervisor, a 62-hour certification, which includes 30 Hour OSHA, and various other safety and accident prevention training components. During his time off, Mic enjoys playing in a men's softball league, snowboarding, and riding his motorcycle.

Since joining Coastal Tile & Marble, Nick has bid on and closed such prominent jobs as Hilton Grand Vacation Club, Continental Grain, Allied World, Nieman Marcus, RGA Headquarters, General Services Administration, Balyasny Asset Management, Wells Fargo, Revlon and Morgan Stanley.

Vinny joined Vespa Stone in early 2019 as Project and Operations Manager, putting his expertise and experience in the exterior stone business to work right away. He manages exterior stone jobs of all sizes from contract award to job closeout. He is responsible for overseeing all field operations, including logistics, safety, manpower and supervision.
