Daisy Ren : Daisy has accumulated over 20 years experience in the field of Executive Search, Human Resources, Sales and Operation. She has been working for multi-national and famous companies like Shangri-la Hotel Group, Avon, and Media Partners International Group. Before joining CNTC, Daisy was the Vice President of Zhaopin.com and Managing Director of Shjob.cn.
As a seasoned HR professional, Daisy helped many multinational and local operations place a number of key positions like General Managers, CFOs, HR Directors, Sales VP, Marketing Directors, and Engineering Directors etc. Her extensive corporate experience gives her a unique perspective in recruitment and business consulting.
Daisy holds a Master degree of Business Administration from Fudan University after receiving a law degree from the same institute.

Mona Chai :One of the first executive search professionals from China, Mona has made a significant impact in the industry through her impeccable track record of professional integrity. Through the years, she has successfully placed a large number of top local executives such as Engineering VPs, Sales VPs, General Managers, Chief Financial Officers, and HR Directors in various fields throughout the country, particularly in the Industrial and FMCG sectors.
A recognized authority in the local search and HR industry, Mona has helped provide recruitment solutions that best satisfy the unique needs of each individual organization. With her extensive HR experience and knowledge of the China market, Mona has also extended her services to include executive outplacements, job counseling, and advice on career transitions.
Mona started her career as a city official in Shanghai, and later joined a Seacliff Development JV as their HR Manager. With her in-depth exposure to China's labor laws and Government structure, as well as her extensive network of executive contacts developed over the years, Mona has undisputed knowledge and insight into the Chinese talent market. She has also provided valuable consulting advice regarding HR policies and statutory requirements in China, and has been invited to speak at business schools and conferences around Shanghai on numerous occasions. Mona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the East China Science and Technology University and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
