Amanda Sardina

Amanda is CMA's assessment services coordinator, helping maintain the online assessment platform and keeping clients up to date on the status of candidates. She also helps guide candidates through the process of completing assessment questionnaires online and addresses technical issues if they arise. Amanda holds a Master's degree from University of Illinois - Springfield in Public History and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in History. She's a huge Cardinals fan and loves traveling to away games to watch them play on the road in other stadiums. She also loves hiking and mountain biking.

Anthony Mosby

Anthony has excelled in the administrative field for over 20 years in different capacities and industries, but really loves the eight years he's been with CMA. He is responsible for retrieving all online assessment scores and for scoring paper assessments. He also puts together all of the candidate assessment results for the assigned CMA consultant to review, analyze and provide feedback. In addition, Anthony handles any incoming calls from the client organization regarding a candidate's assessment status. He spent five years in the Marines (mainly in Hawaii), and is an avid sports fan and loves to cook.

Ashley Parker

Ashley is a Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She earned an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. While pursuing her Industrial-Organizational Psychology degree, Ashley worked in various human resources/talent acquisition capacities. Using her knowledge, she works with leaders in organizations, specializing in optimizing talent and leadership initiatives to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization's strategic objectives. Ashley loves the beach, movies, and art museums. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Brian Enright

Brian draws on his leadership experience, business acumen and education when helping organizations build capacity and morale within their teams. He follows data from the science of psychology and cues from his diverse experience to help people thrive as leaders in work and in life. Through his career, he has consulted closely with several executive teams while also connecting with front-line workers, which has given him a rare and edifying window into the ripple effect of executive decisions through all levels of an organization. He graduated with highest honors from Butler University and later earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. His doctoral dissertation focused on psychological assessment in employee selection. He has published peer-reviewed research, presented at professional conferences, and he taught graduate level courses in the practical application of cognitive and personality assessment. While he served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, Brian honed his leadership approach in a challenging post 9/11 operational environment. He was selected as Officer of the Year in his Squadron, and he was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for his service. After the Air Force, he gained valuable experience as a CMA consultant prior to living and working in Germany, Japan, and New Zealand, where he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Otago. He enjoys the outdoors with his wife and son, and he appreciates volunteer opportunities in areas that support community building and that promote children's interest in science.

Carol Brown

"I strive to respond quickly to requests and start the assessment process. If candidates are uneasy when I call, I try to put them at ease." For the last eighteen years, Carol has been a crucial touchpoint for our clients. While she stays focused on her primary responsibility of scheduling assessments for organizations, their candidates and the consultants conducting the assessments, she also strives to bring a sense of humor to her interactions, brightening the mood of everyone she meets. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications, which helps her easily communicate with clients and candidates, addressing their needs and putting them at ease.

Christina Rudolph

She spends her free time with her family and taking her dog for runs in parks across St. Louis.

Dana Borchert

Since starting at CMA in 2010, Dana Borchert has helped arm her clients with the tools to develop into the professionals they wanted to become. Drawing on her extensive experience, Dana works to understand each organization to help put them at ease. Her expertise is partnering with leadership to improve individual and organizational performance through succession planning, assessment, performance evaluation, team building and developmental coaching. Dana has a unique understanding of the brain's many facets-both psychological and physiological-thanks to a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in neuroscience. In addition to being recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the "30 Under 30" up-and-coming young professionals in 2012, she has co-authored publications and presented many professional papers throughout her career. She's very active in community affairs, serving as chairs for the St. Louis Children's Hospital Young Friends Board and as Chair of the United Way of Greater St. Louis Young Leaders Society for 2016 & 2017. An avid fitness enthusiast, she grew up skiing (and loves the cold of her native Madison, WI), attends weekly hot yoga classes and enjoys spending time biking the park with her toddler and husband.

David Colarossi

David began working with CMA in 2016. During his time with CMA, he has focused on conducting assessments for selection, promotion and development, coaching, teambuilding, organizational development, and training services. Prior to starting with CMA, David launched the Colarossi Group and, before that, he was the Vice President of Leadership Development at a management-consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. With expertise in emotional intelligence, executive presence, cognitive agility, organizational network analysis, and corporate culture, David has coached and consulted with organizations in a variety of industries (healthcare, transportation, construction, engineering, finance, technology, manufacturing, education, clean energy, oil and gas, hospitality, etc.). In addition to his work as an executive coach and consultant, David has been heavily involved in teaching. He was the Executive Director and a faculty member of the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver. Erica received her Bachelor of Science in psychology with from University of Georgia in 2018. She then went on to receive her Master of Science from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2020, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology. During her time at the Florida Institute of Technology, Erica has had the opportunity to work on several research projects investigating topics such as teams, leadership, and motivation. Most notably, Erica has worked with the Institute for Culture, Collaboration, and Management as a co-lead for The Next-Generation Teams & Organizational Subsystems project. Her thesis investigated how perceptions of warmth and competence impact perceptions of leadership, while her dissertation will explore the role of warmth and competence perceptions in the emergence of shared leadership. In her free time, Erica loves collecting board games and gathering friends for board game nights. She also enjoys watching classic movies, baking, and exploring new hobbies.

Erin Greilick

Prior to joining CMA, she assisted in the creation of a leadership development program along with a plan for evaluation for a Fortune 500 financial services company. At a large retail organization, she assisted in the design and analysis of employee satisfaction surveys, created training materials and analyzed assessments for selection. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Administration from Saint Louis University, as well as a Master of Arts and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Kelly focuses on conducting assessments for selection and development, executive coaching, and organizational development projects. Prior to joining CMA, Kelly held internal and consultative roles across a wide array of functional areas, including HR, organizational development, operations, sales, and service within both small, entrepreneurial companies and Fortune 100 businesses. Previously, he co-founded multiple media companies including ALIVE Magazine and EQ, publications focused on St. Louis' thriving cultural and innovation communities. Kelly earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Portland State University with a dual minor in diversity and inclusion and occupational health. During his time in graduate school, he developed and validated a new training program focused on increasing allyship in the workplace, training over 1,200 people across multiple organizations. He also received specialized NIOSH-funded training in occupational health and safety and worked with a variety of organizations on assessing and improving the employee experience. His dissertation focused on identifying specific behaviors managers can perform to foster more inclusive work environments, driving better work outcomes for employees and teams. He also holds an M.A. in German from Washington University in St. Louis and bachelor's degrees in psychology and German with honors from Austin College. Kelsey received her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in the summer of 2018, and is now pursuing her Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same university, along with a minor in Quantitative Psychology. Her research focus is on the acquisition and adaptation of complex skills, with a specific focus on the impact of emotional variability. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. During her time so far at the University of Oklahoma, Kelsey has been involved in many different projects, including developing new undergraduate courses in Career Exploration and Motivational Psychology, creating a comprehensive guide to the occupational information website O*NET for undergraduate psychology majors, and being an instructor for the University's Responsible Conduct of Research program. She also has the privilege of instructing undergraduate students, which has provided her with hands-on experience working with students to develop their full potential in the classroom.

Lee Smithson Burd

Lee draws on her expertise in personality and behavior to partner with executives to optimize their leadership and to build effective teams. With twenty years experience as a management consultant, Lee enjoys helping executives to achieve their business objectives. She challenges her clients to fully utilize their strengths and to make positive changes in their thinking and behavior by encouraging self-awareness through coaching and the use of individual and 360 assessments. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, where she graduated Cum Laude. Her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is from Palo Alto University, and she completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at The Menninger Foundation. She is also the co-creator of the Madam President Camp, a non-partisan camp which provides girls ages 10-13 with an introduction to leadership, governing, and civic engagement. Liam Ryan - VP

Liam has been instrumental in developing and implementing a proprietary online 360° assessment for CMA. He also designed, developed, and instituted a talent management audit that provides an organization with an assessment of its ability to recruit, select, train, motivate, and retain high performers. He is passionate about helping clients deeply understand the talent within their organizations, and he has contributed at both an individual and strategic level within CMA. Prior to joining CMA, Liam assisted a county government assessment center with candidate evaluation for various county positions, conducted a validation study of coursework relative to effectiveness in annual exams for a professional college, completed a meta-analysis of work-related behaviors and attitudes and their effect on individual performance, and participated in a video-based ethical decision-making experiment. Liam earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology, a Master of Science with distinction in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University. His dissertation focused on individuals' capacity to adapt to unfamiliar situations and the support that leaders provide for their employees to be more adaptive. In his free time, Liam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exercising, sand volleyball, playing guitar, and spending time with his energetic dog.

Mary Beth O'Brien

Since 1997 Mary Beth has been responsible for the accounting functions of CMA, including collecting financial data, reporting, client billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. She is the client's primary contact for establishing any special billing instructions and for providing invoice assistance. Mary Beth holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from University of Missouri - St. Louis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing pickle ball, and hiking.

Mary Zahner

Mary has been a licensed psychologist in Missouri for over 27 years, and she loves learning what makes people tick. By helping put people at ease, she is able to truly evaluate prospective candidates during selection assessments, considering what is important for the organization as well as what is needed for the individual. She holds undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and History, along with a Master's and Doctorate in Psychology from St. Louis University, where she developed a strong interest in the use of tests and measures within the business world. A lifelong learner, she has served as a member of the advisory board for St. Louis University's "Women in Leadership" program and has taught graduate courses in the university's School of Business Administration. In addition to being a past president of Gateway Industrial Organizational Psychologists, she is also a contributing author of "Team Leader Training," published by McGraw Hill (1999).

Michelle Streich

During her career, Michelle has helped to integrate talent management systems into organizations, developed and led succession planning processes, developed leadership development programs, facilitated numerous team building programs and led various assessment centers. Michelle earned her Master's degree and Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. She has focused on individual differences as a topic for both her research and career. She also has a strong interest in helping people to achieve the work-life balance they are seeking. Michelle is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists. Niwa Babayemi

Before becoming a member of the CMA family, Niwa worked with clients in clinical outpatient settings conducting neuropsychological assessments and providing therapy to assist with moderate to severe mental illness concerns. Niwa also worked extensively as an academic and executive coach for undergraduate students in the University of Kansas' Academic Achievement and Access Center (AAAC), where he designed and implemented the first coaching program within the AAAC to assist undergraduate students from underserved backgrounds. Niwa received his Bachelor and Masters in Counseling at Cairn University in 2014 and 2016. He then continued to the University of Kansas where he is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Counseling Psychology program under the direction of Dr. Changming Duan. Niwa's research interest is focused on the factors unique to the experience of individuals from marginalized backgrounds that breed resilience, and how resilience acts as a buffer to mitigate the negative impacts of discrimination for those individuals with marginalized identities. He is also interested in both the development and mitigating relationship of resilience within the organizational setting. With his free time, Niwa enjoys building computers, creating and editing audio content, as well as performing on stage in vocal ensemble or theatre.

Reuben Faloughi

Dr. Reuben's approach to their work is inspired by the words of Jimi Hendrix, "When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace." As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Reuben offers coaching, training, and interactive workshops to help people and organizations humanize the self, other people, and work environments. Dr. Reuben understands the power that organizations have to positively (or negatively) influence both individuals and society and jumps on opportunities to co-create transformational change! Moreover, as a practicing clinical psychologist, Dr. Reuben recognizes the importance of individuals and groups maximizing innate human tools such as compassion, mutual respect, and growth-oriented mindsets, which Dr. Reuben believes are vital to organizational transformation. Dr. Reuben earned his Ph.D in Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri and his B.S. in Psychology at the University of Georgia. His dissertation explored how a dialogue based diversity and social justice course influenced student's multicultural competencies. Given the success of the course, the college adopted the course as a requirement for all incoming students. Dr. Reuben's work has been published in peer reviewed journals and he continues to speak and collaborate with a variety of clients in a variety of industries.
