COLDSPRING - Key Persons
Bryan has 20 years experience in a wide variety of property related activities. He started his career in 1990, spending time as an Asset Manager then a Development Manager with Standard Life Investments. Latterly Bryan was Head of Asset Management for Stockland, managing a £1bn portfolio of active assets and developments across all commercial property sectors.
Bryan resigned from Stockland in 2010 to establish ColdSpring. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's activities including identifying opportunities, structuring and overseeing relationships with funding partners, delivering project business plans and ensuring pro-active asset and development disciplines are carried out.
