Abigail was born in Valencia, California and moved to Littleton, Colorado when she was 1 year old. Abigail's deeply engrained desire to help people led to pursing a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications from Metro State University. Abigail joined Fuicelli & Lee in May 2022 and we couldn't be more excited to have her on our team. In her free time, Abigail enjoys reading, writing, hiking, spending time outside, and hanging with her dog, Moxie. Fun fact about Abigail - she has a twin brother!

Amanda Funk

Amanda met John when he helped her after a car accident, so she understands your side of this process. She is a Colorado native and grew up in Littleton. She enjoys reading and listening to podcasts. Amanda fits right in to Fuicelli & Lee as she is also a huge animal lover! She has a white Shiba Inu, Chicago. Fun fact: she is Italian, and says she and her family get enjoyment in feeding anyone and everyone!

Christi King

Christi worked at Fuicelli & Lee from 2013-2017, and after a hiatus spent primarily focusing on her family, Christi came back to the F&L team in March 2020. Bringing a Juris Doctorate from DU and an eye for details, we could not be more excited to have Christi leading our Demand and Records department. She thrives working on a team of supportive and dedicated staff. Christi is a Colorado native and is a self-proclaimed animal lover - she has 3 dogs, 2 horses and 3 chickens! Christi lives with her two amazing children and husband of almost 20 years. In her free time she loves horseback riding, yoga, and spending time with her friends and large family, including 108 cousins!

Ethan Cowan

Ethan is a Colorado native and has grown up around the Denver area. Ethan went to school at the University of Colorado Boulder where he pursued a degree in Political Science. However, he has always been interested in law, so he took some classes at CU, and is excited to be working at such a fantastic law firm. Ethan's hobbies include running, skydiving, and playing board games. A fun fact about Ethan is that he is colorblind.

Jesse McGee

As the Operations Manager, Jesse is driven to make Fuicelli & Lee's systems as efficient as possible so we can provide the highest level of service to our clients. Jesse has been in the legal field since she moved from Kansas to Colorado in 2007, where she started as an office assistant at a family law firm. She was drawn to Fuicelli & Lee in November 2017 by the firm's belief that every client should be treated the way you want your family to be treated. In her free time, Jesse enjoys painting and exploring new areas of Colorado with her husband, son, and two dogs.

John Lee

She's from Lincoln County, New Mexico (home of Billy the Kid AND Smokey the Bear!), and has been living in Denver for the past 14 years. Katherine is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She also enjoys watching movies with her fiancé Dane, and their foster cat, Randy.

Katie Mumby

Katie Mumby first discovered her love for the legal field as a middle school student when her mother, Mary (also a Fuicelli & Lee staffer), showed her the ropes of her job as a paralegal. Prior to joining Fuicelli & Lee, PC, Katie has worked for other attorneys in the Denver metro area in the practice areas of personal injury, patent law, and criminal defense. Katie has been with our firm since 2016. She currently works with our attorneys as litigation support. Katie grew up in Bailey, Colorado and enjoys hiking and camping in Colorado's mountains. She is also an avid crafter who knits, crochets, and sews. In her free time, she enjoys reading, designing Lego towers and coloring with her four children.

Mary Mumby

Mary grew up in California and moved to Colorado in 1986. She started in the legal field at the age of 17 and has proudly spent the last 43 years in a career that helps people recover from injuries through the use of our legal system. Mary has been with Fuicelli & Lee since January 2015. She is proud to work for Keith and John, who use their honorable ethics and generosity to lead a strong and supportive team. Mary was the owner of MCM Focus Groups for many years and is the author of an article featured in Trial Talk titled "Anyone Have a Crystal Ball? The Value of Focus Groups." (Trial Talk, February/March 2006, Pg 31-32.) Mary relaxes by crafting with her two daughters (which includes Fuicelli & Lee employee Katie Mumby) and grandchildren. She also enjoys working on her small farm, raising chickens.

Peyton Meachum

Peyton grew up in North Carolina and attended Appalachian State University where she majored in Finance and minored in Accounting and Criminal Justice. She moved to Colorado in 2020 and joined our team in April 2022 - between her excellent communication and customer service skills, Peyton has already proved to be an amazing addition to Fuicelli & Lee. Peyton loves using her Criminal Justice background to help people and she is excited to use those skills to advocate for people who have been injured due to someone else's negligence. In her free time, Peyton loves to read (she read 58 books in 2021) and travel (she studied abroad in Poland and has visited 7 European countries).

Richard Casey

Richard Casey is an accomplished attorney with years of experience serving clients in personal injury cases. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2001 and later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Law School. Mr. Casey has dedicated his practice to helping his clients obtain positive outcomes in their personal injury cases in Colorado. During that time, he has successfully tried and won multiple trials, and has settled hundreds of cases favorably for his clients.
