Hupcey Jr. He has over 40 years of experience in the field, having worked in both broadcast television as well as running in-house corporate facilities before starting his own company. In addition to being the Owner and President, Joe is the Producer and Director of most of the projects produced by Collaborations. Joe is also a Television Engineer, designing and building editing studios for corporations, television studios and educational institutions...
