Anthony began working at ComTech after he graduated from Alamance Community College. Hey plays a key role in recommending and finding hardware equipment to fit the needs of our clients. Managing our warehouse of equipment is just one of his responsibilities, ensuring we have the equipment needed readily available.
"Working with a great team is fantastic!" - Anthony loves working with our clients to make sure they have everything they need to succeed without any hiccups. Exceeding expectations is his goal and it's easy to do with a great team.
On the weekends, he likes to play games with friends, and work on computers. He is also a car geek and knows all the details of the new cars coming out. Playing music with the guitar, piano and saxophone is his favorite activity to relax.
Austin has over 5 years of experience in the IT industry. His troubleshooting skills have been perfected since he worked for years as a manager at Office Depot in the tech department. He finds joy in knowing he can provide a solution to any issue a client brings up. Learning something new everyday is what Austin loves about his job and the people he works with.
When Austin isn't working he is relaxing with his friends and family. He loves to go to the gym and play video games with fellow ComTech employees.
Bobby is a new addition to the IT industry with a background as an Admin/IT Specialist in the military. He brings his expertise in Cyber Security to his role at ComTech as a member of the Frontline team, where he is responsible for troubleshooting and solving issues for clients. What he enjoys most about working at ComTech is the dynamic and youthful environment with fellow team members.
In Bobby's free time he enjoys spending time with his family, teaching his son various sports, and learning about ethical hacking.

David is a founding partner and Chief Technology Officer at ComTech. David leads the company's research and development efforts and evaluates technology solutions to determine how they may meet client needs and add value to ComTech's offerings. David also designs and coordinates the backup and disaster recovery models that we implement for our clients. In this ever-changing environment of security risks, David is tasked with ensuring that we stay on top of the latest threats and model our systems accordingly.
When he's not heads down in technology, David enjoys martial arts and playing drums with his amazing son.

Dirk is our longest standing Senior IT Support Engineer here at ComTech, and has been with us for over seventeen years. He has over twenty seven years of experience in software support and QA, server and network management, VOIP phone systems, and firewall configuration. Dirk has transitioned into management and now directs our support team. He also coordinates IT projects and installations as well as our phone system installations.
Dirk is a FortiNet Network Security Expert 3 and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
In his free time, Dirk enjoys travel, soccer, camping and backpacking with his son's BoyScout Troop while being their Scoutmaster, and general rabblerousing and tomfoolery.
Ethan brings nearly a decade of IT systems and support experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at ComTech. Ethan's responsibilities include directing our support team and coordinating IT projects and installations. He specializes in Office 365 implementations and also designs and coordinates our phone system installations.
Ethan heads up the training and educational programs at ComTech and speaks at many of our live events. He is featured in many of ComTech's training videos and webinars.
When he's not busy with ComTech, Ethan is active in his church and enjoys serving as VP of Education for his local Toastmasters chapter.
Garrett recently joined our team to help take care of our clients by anticipating their needs and making sure those needs are fulfilled. Over the past four years he has been working in account management to perfect these skills, making him the ideal candidate for this role. Ensuring our clients are happy with the work we provide for them is his #1 priority.
What Garrett enjoys most about his role is getting to know every client personally. He wants to see their businesses succeed with the technology solutions that we provide.
When he isn't taking care of clients, Garrett can be found hiking trails throughout the mountains of NC with his dog Tucker, spending time with friends, or at the gym. He has also been called quite the chef in the kitchen!
Hunter has grown up in the family business here at ComTech and wears many hats, including being our marketing director. He enjoys working in all aspects of the business and truly enjoys interacting with our clients to help solve their technology needs.
In his free time Hunter enjoys working out, fishing and reading.

- Senior IT Support Engineer
Jennifer is one of our Senior IT Support Engineers here at ComTech and has been with us for an amazing thirteen years. Altogether, she has twenty-one years of experience in desktop support, server and network management. Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge across many areas of IT. You may finder her working in various disciplines - from configuring, installing or troubleshooting your server and network equipment to setting up Office 365 or your phone system. She also steps in on escalation tickets and remote support.
Jennifer is A+ certified and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys travel, bike riding and being active in her church.
Josh has been in the IT industry for 3 years prior working with several other companies before joining our team. It was during this time that he first learned to diagnose and repair a broad range of IT issues of all kinds. He utilizes these skills by working on the front line support team where he continues to learn. Every day is something different, from troubleshooting networks, to managing servers and performing phone diagnostics.
What Josh enjoys most about working at ComTech is that he is able to pursue different passions such as scripting and automation. As a result, helps to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of our systems to help better serve our clients.

Justin is an experienced IT professional with over 3 years in the industry. Prior to joining ComTech, Justin served as a Cyber Systems Operator for the Air Force. This experience has prepared him well for his role as a frontline team member and on-site support technician at ComTech. He specializes in server administration and help desk support and is highly skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Justin takes great satisfaction in helping clients and enjoys the challenges of working on the frontline team.
Justin's certifications include CompTIA A+ and ComTIA Sec+.
In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, PC builds/gaming, spending time with his family and friends.
Kaitlyn joined our team over 4 years ago with a passion to learn. She is involved with managing our phone installs and plays a huge role in our support. She loves working with clients to provide the best solution to their problems. Creating long term solutions for any problem that comes her way is what makes her day.
Keith has over 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining ComTech, Keith served as a Service Tech/District Tech Trainer at Office Depot, as well as a supervisor for internet repair at Spectrum. He also spent one year studying software development in school. This experience has prepared him well for his role as a Frontline IT Support Engineer at ComTech. He has a lot of experience with networking, specifically with his CompTIA Net+ certification and time at Spectrum. He enjoys the broad range of problems he finds solutions to, and the ability to learn something new every single day.
Keith holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, and CompTIA Project+ certifications.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and playing video games with friends.
Kenneth joined the ComTech family over 5 years ago. He is a jack of all trades and excels at everything he does. Kenneth has an associates in applied science with a concentration in network administration. He is our night owl as he takes care of all machines during the evenings to ensure everything is running correctly. He absolutely loves working for ComTech because there is a culture where everyone is pushed to succeed and be the best they can be.
When Kenneth isn't staying up late working on machines, he loves to play with his 2 dogs, play guitar and attend church. You can also catch him on Saturdays out on the green playing golf, hitting them birdies.
Merrie recently joined the ComTech family and brings years of experience with her. She is very knowledgeable in server management and security. She brings all her energy everyday to help our clients with all their needs. Her prior work history allows her to be a valuable asset to our team and we are thrilled to have her on board. Most of all at ComTech, she loves the family-oriented atmosphere around the office and the relationships that she continues to make.

In his free time, Mike enjoys scuba diving, traveling and the gym.
Patty joined the ComTech team after retiring from the ABSS school system after 27 years. Her "people person" personality makes her a perfect fit to organize the events we host. She wears many hats at ComTech and helps the team in every way she can. She has always been involved in the family business but now she is excited to come on board full time to help the company grow.
In her spare time, you will find Patty outside doing something. She loves working in the yard and improving the landscape around her house. She is an avid reader and enjoys all types of genres.
Paul brings a variety of skills to ComTech that he has learned over the past 12 years from being in the IT industry. He can work on wonders on anything hardware or software related to get it back to running correctly. He also has a super positive "we can fix it" attitude! Typically, Paul helps fix computers on the bench and works on our help desk team working solving tickets for our clients.
He gets the most joy at ComTech when he is helping our clients to make their lives easier. He is also an avid learner so expanding his knowledge and experience about all things tech he gets very excited about.
In his spare time, you can find Paul playing disc golf, in the zone in a VR game, or doing activities related to flying. He is currently a student pilot finishing his education to get his pilot's license and loves paramotors!

Rafe has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry as both a software engineer and managing partner for a digital services firm. Rafe brings a wealth of experience to his role as Business Development Manager at ComTech and enjoys helping clients leverage technology to achieve their goals.
Recently, Rafe took on the role of HIPAA Compliance Officer for ComTech and led the company to achieve HIPAA verification as a Managed Services Provider. ComTech currently supports over 30 medical and dental practices.
Rafe's former accolades include being selected as one of the Triad's Top 40 Business Leaders Under Forty, an Alamance Community College Distinguished Alumni Nominee, and former Business Advocate of the Year by the Alamance Chamber of Commerce.
In his free time, Rafe enjoys playing in a bluegrass band, golf, the Jeep life, cooking and spending time with his wife and their three children.
With 15 years of experience in the industry, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Frontline Technician at ComTech. His previous experience as a Printer Technician and PC break fix expert has prepared him well for the various challenges he faces everyday.
Robert specializes in Active Directory, phone systems, and networking, and takes great pride in his ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues for our customers. One of his favorite aspects of working at ComTech is the opportunity to speak with customers and assist them in finding solutions to their technical problems.
Ronnie comes to ComTech with over 20 years in the IT industry. His previous IT roles have included Network Admin, Manager of IT Infrastructure and Sr. IT Director. He loves working with our senior techs to help design networks for our clients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, coaching youth sports and working out.
Ronnie has a B.S. in Computer Science from Springfield College and is Network+ and A+ certified. He applies everything he knows when helping clients. His joy comes from providing answers to the questions our clients ask everyday.
Sage enjoys the problem-solving aspects of his role as a support engineer here at ComTech. Sage has over five years of experience and multiple IT certifications, which make him a well-rounded and qualified technician, able to solve problems quickly and effectively. His background includes experience in software support, Windows, networking, mobile devices and hardware.

Tripp has over ten years of experience in the IT industry. He enjoys interacting with clients and is truly interested in helping them get the most out of our service by making sure they are leveraging their technology to the fullest. Tripp spends a lot of time in the field doing on-site support visits with our clients, so you might have the pleasure of seeing his friendly face whenever you need on-site support.
Tripp holds a Bachelors Degree from Elon University in Computer and Information Systems.
In his free time, Tripp enjoys going to the gym, UNC Tarheels (Go Heels!), spending time with family and friends, and supporting his brother - who happens to be a professional video gamer.
