Anthony Buller is an attorney at our Perkins office location. After graduating from Tulane University with a degree in English Literature, Anthony worked as a petroleum landman in Louisiana and Texas for nearly a decade. When the price of oil fell in 2015, he sought refuge in law school, obtaining his Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School in 2019 and his Project Management Professional Certification in 2020. His current focus is on large government projects. He likes to believe he is a musician and can usually be
Calvert Stone is an attorney and licensed title insurance agent in the Perkins Road office of Commerce Title & Abstract Company. Calvert is the former General Counsel for a regional real estate developer, has extensive experience with Oil and Gas title work, and is also an experienced house mover and renovator. One of Calvert's newest ventures is hosting the Commerce Title "Rousing Housing" podcast. When he's not hanging out with his three children and Saint of a wife you can find him researching old houses, buildings, or his newly acquired love of birds and butterflies.

Chase McCalip is an attorney and title insurance agent with Commerce Title. As a 1996 graduate of LSU and a 1999 graduate of LSU Law School he has nearly 20 years of experience handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, lender's counsel work, and general business transactions. Although his real dream was to be the lead in a Broadway musical comedy, his lack of singing, dancing and acting abilities limited his musical career thus leading him into the equally entertaining world of real estate law.

Kristen is an attorney at our Perkins office location. She is a life-long resident of Baton Rouge, a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Kristen obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Louisiana State University Law School.
Kristen began her career in insurance defense and shifted to serving as a legal educator for the Louisiana State Board of Ethics before she began her career as a closing attorney. She is a sustainer of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, as well as a member of the Kappa Delta Alumnae Association, and the Charity Ball Association of Baton Rouge. Kristen is wife to Mark, and mother to Bowden, Kent, John Morgan and Charlotte.

Niki is an attorney and licensed title insurance agent at the Perkins Road location of Commerce Title & Abstract company. Her primary focus is transactional real estate concentrating in both residential and commercial realms. Prior to joining Commerce Title & Abstract Company Niki was in general practice devoting the bulk of her time to commercial transactional work including choice of entity, contract review, finance, pension, health and welfare assures as well as to commercial and residential real estate litigation. When I'm not assisting realtors with difficult and unusual transactions, I'm burning things in my Instant Pot or arguing with my three year old niece about the difference between a parrot and a toucan. If I weren't here today, I'd be sipping a glass of rose and speaking broken Spanish on the Pacific Ocean in Central America.
Parker joined Commerce Title in 2015, focusing primarily on residential real estate transactions. He's a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of LSU and the Paul M Hebert Law Center. Before joining the team, Parker worked as a trial attorney in Baton Rouge.
Ryan Falgoust is an attorney in the Prairieville office of Commerce Title. Ryan is a 2011 graduate of Loyola University-New Orleans, earning both a J.D. and an M.B.A. Ryan has experience in representing, consulting, and advising clients in a diverse and dynamic blend of real estate transactions. His expertise includes formulating and preparing commercial real estate contracts, business/entity formation, and practice in real estate related litigation. His experience also encompasses general real estate matters, including drafting leases, sales contracts, and consulting with clients on property disputes. When Ryan is not busy reading abstracts or doing closings, you can find him in the Superdome cheering for the Saints, or on the ball field coaching one of his sons' baseball teams. He also enjoys a nip of his favorite dram, which helps with his sanity level from having three sons under the age of 6.
Sarah C. Thigpen is an attorney and licensed title insurance agent with Commerce Title & Abstract. She was licensed by the Louisiana Bar in 2010 and has experience in real estate, family, estate planning, estate administration, and business law. Sarah has represented clients with complicated legal real estate issues such as partitions, community property settlements, interdiction's, tutorship's, and contested successions. Additionally, Sarah loves her husband, two small children, a good glass of Prosecco, sushi, and Justin Timberlake.

Walter Comeaux co-founded Commerce Title in 1983. He believed in hard work and spent his entire career building Commerce Title where he treated everyone that worked for him like family. Walter was famous around the office for saying "I'll be here for the rest of my life," which he truly ended up doing. His presence is missed deeply but we continue to carry on his legacy through everything we do.
