Brad Vodicka - President

Brad Vodicka currently serves as President of Crude Oil and NGL marketing at Concord Energy LLC, he oversees the crude oil and NGL purchasing, marketing transportation and trading business. Brad began his career at Eighty-Eight Oil LLC in Casper, WY, scheduling and marketing crude oil in the Rocky Mountains. He then spent 4 years at Texon L.P. as Director, Crude Oil Marketing building and managing a crude oil marketing and transportation business in the Rockies and North Dakota. Prior to joining Concord, he was Director, Crude Oil Marketing at Sunoco Logistics (SXL) where he managed the crude oil purchasing and marketing in various basins in North America. Brad graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Mr. Vodicka resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and their five children.

Evan C. Linn - CFO

Evan C. Linn, CPA, currently serves as CFO at Concord Energy Holdings LLC. In the role of CFO, he provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight of accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures. In addition to his accounting and finance oversight responsibilities, Evan offers broad management, internal control and strategic advice to management. Evan began his career at Crowe GHP Horwath, as a Senior Auditor in the Denver area. During his time at Crowe he provided audit and attestation services for a variety of clients with primary focus in Oil and Gas, Retail, and Service Industries, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Linn graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with Bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Finance. He is an active member of the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) and COCPA (Colorado Society of CPAs). In addition, Evan actively leads Concord's charity work with Habitat for Humanity and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Evan resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife and children.

Matthew Flavin - CEO

Matt Flavin currently serves as the CEO of Concord Energy Holdings. Before joining Concord, Matt was Senior Vice President at Energy Corporation of America (ECA). During Matt's time at ECA, he led the company's international business efforts and was responsible for acquisition and divestiture activities. Prior to his work in the energy sector, Matt served at the White House on the National Security Council and as the Director of the Veterans, Military Families and Wounded Warriors Task Force. He also worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where he advised senior defense leadership on a broad array of high-priority policy objectives and operational matters. In 2008, Matt was the Co-lead for Special Operations on the Defense Transition Team. In this role, he helped spearhead a comprehensive analysis of special operations policies and operations. Matt was a United States Naval Officer and completed combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, and also deployed to Bosnia. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Georgetown Law School, and serves on the Board of the Special Operations Fund and on the Board of the Warrior Scholar Project. Matt is a member of JP Morgan Chase's Military and Veterans Affairs External Advisory Council and a Trustee for the Marsico Funds. Matt resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife Brooke and their two sons.

Samuel Rasure - VP

Samuel Rasure serves as a Vice President at Concord Energy and heads the Producer Services division. He graduated from St. John's University with a bachelor's degree in Economics in 1995. Sam is an energy industry professional with over 20 years of experience. His dedication to relationships has allowed him to cultivate deep roots in the exploration and production community.

Stephen Tsai - Chief Legal Officer

Stephen Tsai currently serves as General Counsel at Concord Energy Holdings LLC. Prior to coming on board with Concord, Stephen was a Senior Associate in the Energy Group of what is now Eversheds Sutherland LLP. During his time at the firm, Stephen counseled clients on a host of regulatory issues, including compliance with the Dodd-Frank Consumer Protection Act, and related agency regulations. Stephen also represented and defended clients in investigations and enforcement actions conducted by federal agencies, such as the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Prior to working at Eversheds Sutherland LLP, Stephen served as a Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. While at the CFTC, Stephen prosecuted violations of the Commodity Exchange Act and related CFTC Regulations. Stephen worked closely with many federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Department of Justice, Criminal Fraud Division. Stephen also worked closely with members of the predecessor agency to the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he served on the Law Review. Stephen is a licensed attorney, and is a member of the Ohio Bar, the Bar of the District of Columbia, and the Colorado Bar. Stephen resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife Sonya and their son.

William Warburton - President

William "Skip" Warburton received a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado - Boulder in 1996. Soon after, Skip entered the Natural Gas Marketing industry as a scheduler for National Fuel Marketing. He was quickly promoted to wholesale buying and selling for the Eastern Rocky Mountain region. He then moved to Enserco Energy. By 1998, Skip had gained experience in obtaining capacity, storage and imbalance management, promoting producer services, optimizing transport, term purchases and term sales. He threw himself into forming Concord Energy in 2002, where he developed a deep understanding of the West's pipeline infrastructure. He oversees the daily operations of Concord Energy's Natural Gas group. Skip enjoys the active Colorado lifestyle. He lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, and their four daughters.
