In the wake of the murder of George Floyd last summer and the resulting unrest over racial injustice, organizations across the country made public commitments to support equity and combat racism. More than one year later, CommonHealth ACTION (CHA), a national nonprofit that works with organizations and individuals to support leadership development and growth, has reviewed those commitments and the progress that has been made toward making them a reality and has brought together this data to highlight the advances made in multiple sectors... For the better part of 20 years, CommonHealth ACTION has worked with philanthropy, non-profits, businesses, governments, and community-based coalitions across the country to support their growth and development.
