Aisha Hill

Aisha Hill is responsible for the management of the East Coast Development Team and all aspects of the mixed-use development process. She joined Combined Properties in 2014 and is responsible for the development of the company's first mixed-use projects, Scout on the Circle and South Alex, as well as other projects in the East Coast Development pipeline. Mrs. Hill has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and operations, of which more than ten years has been dedicated to mixed-use, including apartments, condominiums, townhomes and retail. Formerly as the Mixed-Use Development Associate at Archstone, Aisha held a prominent role in the management of the apartment, condominium and retail components of CityCenterDC, a $900 million, 10-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Washington, D.C. Prior to CityCenterDC, she also served at Archstone, as an Analyst to the Chief Development Officer. Other roles held at Archstone include Contracts Manager, Operations Specialist and Project Manager. Mrs. Hill graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Long Island University with honors and an M.P.R.E. in Real Estate Development form Georgetown University. Aisha Hill also obtained a Master's Certification in Public Health from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from The University of Phoenix. She serves on the Board of Directors for the City of Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts.

Amy Luedders

Amy Luedders joined Combined as the Controller in 2013 and manages the company's Accounting Department. Amy and her team are responsible for all aspects of accounting including financial reporting, accounts payable, tenant receivables and lease administration as well as the processes and controls that ensure accuracy throughout. Amy is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career with KPMG and has held positions at Brookfield Properties, The Mills Corporation and at Tishman Speyer. Amy has a BS and Masters in Accounting from Kansas State University.

Andre White

Andre White is responsible for all Information Technology services at Combined Properties. He is integral to the company's business operations in areas such as: business process automation, enterprise mobility, telecommunications, unified communications, video communications and IT business continuity and resilience. Mr. White also oversees corporate enterprise software procurement and network security services management. Prior to joining Combined in 2003, Mr. White was the Director of Information Technology at the Satellite Broadcasting & Communications Association. Mr. White holds a B.A. from Saint Lawrence University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. He has earned CISSP, CISM and CISA Certifications.

Andrew McIntyre

Andrew McIntyre is charged with overseeing and leading the asset management function of CPI's growing residential and mixed-use portfolio while continuing his responsibilities of furthering the company's development and S.A.M. strategies. Through Mr. McIntyre's leadership and years of experience, CPI has successfully realized its long-term vision of redeveloping existing shopping centers into vibrant mixed-use residential projects. Prior to joining Combined Properties, Mr. McIntyre was the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Penzance. Before Penzance he was Vice President of Development at The JBG Companies, Project Manager for PN Hoffman and a Project Engineer for Clark Construction. Mr. McIntyre received his BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the boards of the DC chapter of Habitat for Humanity and Canal Park in SE Washington, DC. He is an active member of ULI , the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Brian Miller

Brian Miller heads the retail asset portfolio for Combined Properties and oversees the Beverly Hills office. He has more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate with decades of experience in leasing, property management, facilities, construction, capital planning, re-positioning, and renovations. In his 23 years of tenure at Combined he held numerous positions including VP of West Coast Asset Management, Director of Property Management, Senior Property Manager and Senior Lease Administrator. Mr. Miller is responsible for maximizing asset performance and managing, leading, and developing his team to ensure that the portfolio meets company objectives and exceeds industry standards. He also directs partner relationships, strategic objectives, financial analyses, and other organizational enterprises. Prior to joining Combined in March 1998, Mr. Miller worked for a retail conglomerate as a systems analyst supporting operations in both the USA and abroad (Canada, Europe, and Asia). Brian Miller is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from The George Washington University. He has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Miller is an active member of his community and regularly serves on various community boards and non-profit committees.

Deandrea Bell

Deandrea Bell manages Human Resources at Combined Properties. She recruits and hires employees that reflect the company's diverse, professional culture as well as developing, implementing and communicating policies and procedures to staff. Ms. Bell joined Combined in 1999 as the Human Resources Assistant and soon thereafter was promoted to Human Resources Generalist before being named Director of Human Resources and Administration in 2006. She was promoted to Vice President in 2015. Ms. Bell holds a B.S from Florida A&M University, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Maryland University College and has earned an SPHR Certification.

Drew Faha - CFO, SVP

Drew Faha currently leads the Accounting, Information Technology, and Capital Markets & Finance Departments and is responsible for raising capital, developing financial strategies for the company, and implementing corporate controls. Prior to becoming CFO, he's held multiple positions within the Capital Markets & Finance Department. He started as a Senior Financial Analyst and most recently led the department as Vice President where he and his team closed on over $600 Million in financing transactions in a 5 year period.

Holly Haley

Holly Haley joined Combined Properties in 2013 and oversees Property Management in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Her experience in the commercial real estate industry has been focused on managing, leasing and marketing for large real estate investors, real estate investment trusts and private partnerships. Ms. Haley has over 20 years of experience and brings a myriad of skills to Combined. Prior to joining Combined, she held positions at Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Holladay Properties, Federal Realty Investment Trust and Urban Retail Properties Company. Holly Haley graduated with a B.A. from Coe College (Cedar Rapids, IA) and has earned prestigious designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers including: Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) and Certified Marketing Director (CMD).

Jonathan Shartar

Jonathan Shartar is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with retailers and brokers, while overseeing the retail leasing of the firm's portfolio of shopping centers and mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan market. Jonathan has nearly 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate. His past experience includes leasing, development, asset management, investments, acquisitions, strategic planning and financial analysis. Prior to joining Combined, he held multiple Senior Director positions at ECHO Realty. Previous to his positions at ECHO, he was the Director of Investments at Madison Marquette Real Estate. Jonathan Shartar has a BA in Economics from Amherst College and a MBA from Emory University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the DC Real Estate Group.

Kathy Bonnafé - CEO

Kathy Bonnafe is CEO of C2 and oversees its strategy of investment in existing and new business initiatives. Utilizing her long-tenured leadership, strategic and real estate experience, Kathy leads C2 to both support and invest in the Combined family of existing businesses and new business ventures that are in alignment with the vision of C2's Founder and Chairman, Ron Haft. Prior to C2, Kathy was President/CEO of Combined Properties, Incorporated (CPI) with 28 years of tenure. Kathy started at CPI as an intern while pursuing her MBA and worked in various disciplines including finance, acquisitions, and capital markets before advancing her way up to President/CEO. While running the company for 18 years, she is credited with recapitalizing and restructuring the business, expanding into and creating a significant presence in the Los Angeles market and diversifying the asset base from pure retail into multifamily and mixed-use through both acquisitions and a significant development program. Under her leadership, CPI won a number of design and development awards and built a reputation for innovative design and development on both coasts. Kathy is a passionate supporter of women and diversity in business, speaks at companies and events about leadership, inclusivity and gender bias among other related topics, and is credited with commencing the Urban Land Institute District Council's Women's Leadership Initiative. She completed her undergraduate business degree at James Madison University, received a M.B.A. from The George Washington University and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Burke & Herbert Bank.

Marjorie Gannett - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Marjorie Gannett is the General Counsel of Combined Properties. Marjorie joined the Company as Deputy General Counsel in June of 2019 and assumed the role of General Counsel in January of 2020. Marjorie has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a Partner in the DC office of Holland & Knight. Prior to Holland & Knight, Marjorie was a partner in Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw Pittman's DC office. Marjorie's practice encompassed all asset classes (including retail, office and mixed use properties) with a focus on environmentally impacted properties. Her considerable experience advising family-owned real estate companies on all phases of real estate ownership, including entity formation, acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sales, has made her a valued addition to the Company. Marjorie earned her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 1990, and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law in 1997.

Nadia Gilmore

Nadia Gilmore joined Combined Properties in 2007 and is responsible for all leasing activity on the West Coast. She has over 33 years experience in the leadership and leasing of retail shopping centers throughout CA, specializing in the landlord representation of over 140 shopping centers totaling in excess of 15,000,000 square feet. Her expertise is focused on the strategic planning, marketing, lease negotiation and occupancy of shopping centers in all size ranges and genres. Ms. Gilmore has held executive leasing positions at Developers Diversified, Burnham Pacific, First Washington, and Shea Properties. She has negotiated deals with such notable Anchor tenants as: Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, REI, Ralphs, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Marshalls & TJ Maxx, Ross, Rite Aid, Party City; Lifestyle tenants such as: Chico's, Bath & Body Works, Lane Bryant/Cacique, Lululemon, Pier One Imports, Ann Taylor; Restaurant & Food users such as: Yard House, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Claim Jumper, The Counter, Starbucks; Pad tenants and Banks such as: Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Panera Bread, In ‘N Out Burger, Unleashed by Petco, AT&T, Hallmark - in addition to dozens of other national & regional chain tenants. Ms. Gilmore attended Moorpark College majoring in Accounting and Real Estate and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives of Southern California.

Ronald S. Haft - Chairman, Founder

Ronald S. Haft is Founder and Chairman of Combined Properties, Incorporated, a commercial real estate development and management company. Combined currently has over a $1 billion portfolio comprised of 40 retail and mixed-use properties that with projects under development will grow to over a $2 billion portfolio containing over 6 million square feet. In addition, it controls an additional $1 billion development pipeline in the Washington DC and Southern California metropolitan areas. The company strives to apply its creativity and expertise to create innovative lifestyle residential, retail, hospitality, and entertainment communities that bring joy to the people that live, shop, stay, and play there. Mr. Haft was previously the President of Dart Group Corporation, a publicly traded company, with annual sales in excess of $1 billion from more than 700 stores. Dart Group had stakes in four major retail chains comprised of supermarkets, auto parts, books, and beverages. Mr. Haft holds a MBA and BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. He sits on advisory councils at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the University of California, Berkeley at the Fisher School of Real Estate. Mr. Haft is chairman of the Dart Group Foundation, Dart Group II Foundation, and the Ronald S. Haft Foundation. He is a resident of and lives in Beverly Hills.

Steven Gothelf - COO, President

Steven Gothelf is responsible for directing all of Combined Properties' strategic, operational and financial activities. He joined the Company in 2002. Prior to becoming President & COO, he held the position of Executive Vice President & CFO where he led the Accounting, Finance, Property Management, Marketing and Capital Markets departments and was responsible for the development of financial strategies, capital raising and the structuring and implementation of corporate controls. Mr. Gothelf, who got his start in Public Accounting with KPMG, held various positions prior to joining Combined Properties including as CFO for WP Commercial and Executive Vice President of Finance for Prime Retail. Steven Gothelf, a CPA, graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, with a B.S. in Accounting.
