SK completed his B.Com from Calicut University and mastered finance and accounts by becoming a CA from the esteemed Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
Joining Commtel in 2008, his professionally enhancing journey from an accountant to finance head, has seen SK acquire excellent relationship management skills with a knowhow of liaising with government bodies and banks for statutory compliances and smooth business operations. He is an asset to Commtel with all the experience and ingenuity he brings in his line of work.

As a Director on the Board and Chief Business Officer, Dinesh R. Pandey is responsible for Commtel's business growth and expansion in India, the Middle East, North America and African markets. Having started his journey at Commtel in 2004, Dinesh continues to play a vital role in Commtel's growth story as we expand into new horizons.
Dinesh began his career in sales at S.S. Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently, he established and operated a highly successful software training center for 5 years. His two decades of solid sales and entrepreneurial experience continues to guide Commtel in its growth journey. Dinesh holds an MBA in Marketing and thoroughly enjoys putting his passion for communication into practice, both on a corporate and personal level.
Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions & Engineering - Pre-Sales at Commtel Networks, Dr. Manyam has over the years, since his joining in 2008, become one of the pillars of the company.
Holding a Doctorate and M.S in Fiber Optic Materials from Rutger University, USA, 12 US Patents, several Research Papers to his credit and serving on the Fiber Optics Panel of the US National Science Foundation's SBIR program, he at Commtel is deeply involved in designing integrated Telecommunication and Security System solutions.
B. Tech. in Ceramic Engineering from I.T.B.H.U, Varanasi and over two decades of experience in development and application of fiber optic technologies, Upendra is a thorough professional. A perfect mix of academic brilliance meeting real life application.

Having spent over 25 years in the financial markets, Girish's career is a journey of leveraging technology to drive growth. He transitioned from the traditional financial sector to the Blockchain and AI technology space, providing diverse solutions across multiple sectors.
Girish has built organizations from the ground up, managed large-scale operations, and navigated through significant market changes. As an inaugural team member of one of India's first online broking ventures and later, a management stakeholder in a nationwide retail financial services group, his expertise lies in managing extensive businesses, leading digitization projects, and implementing sophisticated platforms.
Girish joined us in 2021 to enhance Commtel's offerings in the technology space.
Dedicatedly aligned with the company goals since starting with Commtel in 2005, Narendra Das today plays the pivotal role of proficiently heading the Admin team at Commtel. A Commerce graduate, he worked at various large companies in the field of accounts and logistics, accumulating work experience spanning over 2 decades.
With a natural flair for man-management and a robust trait of getting things done, Narendra is a powerhouse of energy, juggling efficiently between all the key tasks he handles.
His burning zeal to excel, risk taking ability and an attitude of challenging set norms sets him apart, complementing values of what Commtel stands for.

A valuable asset to the company with his Technical Solution Designing capabilities, Prasad Pai joined Commtel Networks in 2009 as Head of Technology Solutions & Engineering for the MEA Region after 23 years of prior industry experience.
Upon completing his B.E. in Electronics and Industrial Electronics from University of Pune, Prasad gained valuable experience handling large-scale projects in a multicultural work environment. Having worked through years of technological developments in different geographies, his technical prowess is profound.

Pravin Patil is the Regional Head for entire Northern Region (India) operations and has been at the helm of affairs in that region for Commtel. A Science graduate (technical), he has constantly updated his knowledge and experience in the sphere of optics and digital communication systems.
A vital part of our journey, since his joining in 2009, Pravin has excelled in the role that requires him to be customer facing while also managing the internal set-up in our Northern Region offices. Meticulous and strong willed yet very calm and approachable, Pravin continues to be a dedicated leader at Commtel.

A person full of wits and liveliness, he is an integral part of Commtel with over 25 years of Industry exposure and a Diploma in Electronics to his name.
He consistently rose through the ranks after joining Commtel in 1999 and has efficiently executed various turnkey projects over the years. He possesses strong capabilities in projects and contracts management.

Shreepal Gosar is Chief Commercial Officer of the Business Contracts & Commerce group at Commtel Networks. An engineering graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications, Shreepal has over two decades of industry experience and has been with Commtel since 2000. His expert business knowledge and technical expertise in the field of communication and security systems, in India and across the globe, is unrivalled.

An expert in all aspects of business, with over two decades of invaluable experience in leading international technology and engineering companies, Shriprakash R. Pandey is the Founder, Promoter, and Managing Director of Commtel. Shriprakash began his career as a systems engineer with the Australian multinational Olex Cables. He established Commtel Networks in July 1998 and has actively contributed in its growth and rise to date. His continual quest for learning has seen him recently complete a post-graduate program in artificial intelligence from the University of Texas, Austin and earlier he completed Advanced Management Program from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, Illinois. Shriprakash balances his professional commitments with a true dedication to social causes.
V. G. Ginde is associated with Commtel since its inception in 1998 as an Advisor on legal, taxation and strategic business & corporate issues.
A Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University, he is also a Chartered Accountant by training and qualification. His has vast knowledge and nearly four decades of rich experience in the areas of tax litigation both domestic and international taxation and corporate and strategic business matters. Due to his Chartered Accountancy background, he combines his legal knowledge with expertise in finance and accounts.

An Electronics and Telecom Engineer from Mumbai University he started his professional journey as a Customer Support Engineer. A well-travelled professional, he is driven by a deep sense of ownership and aspires to take Commtel to greater heights.
Walter D'Souza is associated with Commtel well over a decade in the capacity of an Advisor on all finance, corporate strategy and business matters.
A Commerce graduate and also a Chartered Accountant by training and qualification, Walter is promoter and Managing Director of Walter Advisors, a boutique consulting firm operating in India, the Middle East and North America. Having worked with multiple organizations across the globe, he has advised corporates on business incubation, planning and funding while also hand-holding several organizations throughout their ventures including effectively planning business exits.
