Chris Morris

Chris has 20 years of selling and management experience in the Building Products industry in North and South Carolina. He was formerly a Distribution Manager, Sales Manager and sales executive for a major two step distributor in the Carolinas and has grown visibility, market share and penetration for our manufacturers in his market.

Daniel Compton

An Ambitious and dedicated professional, Daniel has been with Compton Sales for 10 years. He collaborates tirelessly with our manufacturing partners, dealers, contractors, and architects within his market. As the youngest member of the Compton Sales team, he is driving innovation and positive change.

Debbie Mann

Debbie has been with Compton Sales for 9 years. She provides administrative and sales support for Compton Sales staff.

Gary Hardin

Gary has been with the Compton team since 2008, serving the Tennessee and Kentucky markets. With 28 years of building materials management and sales experience, he understands the expectations and needs of our partners and their customers. Prior to Compton Sales, Gary was a sales and operations manager for Wallace Hardware.

Gene Young

Gene has over 22 years experience in the SPF business with 8 involving project sales, development, and estimating as an installer of both open (OCSPF) and CCSPF. He formed his first business as an independent foam applicator servicing the coastal regions of the Carolinas beginning in 2001 learning first-hand the challenges facing SPF contractors and builders. For the last 14+ years, Gene has serviced the SPF industry as the Southeastern Regional Sales Manager for multiple major SPF product suppliers managing several direct Sales Reps in 8 states. His primary focus has been on Residential, Commercial and Roofing. The ultimate goal is to make your job easier and more profitable by being a ‘Partner' rather than a Salesman. Adding value and trust to you, your business and your customer is his top priority.

Keith Compton

Co-founded the firm in 1983 and has been selling in the Georgia market for over 40 years. Keith manages the overall scope, direction and vision of the firm and is a well respected member of the Building Products Industry in Georgia. He has served on many rep councils and industry groups and is constantly building long term relationships for the Principals we serve.

Kelli Hardin

Kelli has been with Compton Sales since 2020 covering Tennessee and Kentucky. Prior to Compton, she was responsible for determining insurance and/or disability qualifications for uninsured patients within the Covenant Healthcare system throughout East Tennessee.

Phil Brown

Equity partner that manages the commercial channel, architectural efforts and Green Building Initiatives of our business. Phil also covers Georgia and South Carolina markets focusing on insulation and roofing. Phil has been with Compton Sales for 22 years.

Ray Breedlove

Ray covers Middle and South Georgia markets as well as Northern Florida from Ocala north with both Commercial and Residential products. He focuses his efforts on pull-through sales calling on Architects, General Contractors, Subcontractors and Distributors and is very active in presenting AIA Continuing Education classes for our Manufacturers. Ray brings over 35 years of Building Product experience in Sales and Management to our Principals.

Wendell Moore

Wendell Moore is an equity partner managing the Alabama and Mississippi markets. Wendell has covered this territory since 1988 and developed an extensive account base and solid reputation with the customers and Principals he covers. Wendell has been a partner with Compton Sales since 1988. He brings extensive knowledge in Building Materials industry both in contractor and retail segments. He currently covers Nationwide Retail Distribution Accounts and territories including the Pan Handle of Florida, Southern Alabama and Southern Mississippi for all products.
