In the position of Director of Development, Adam Mitchell coordinates and oversees the development and construction of projects, pursuits for new markets and development opportunities, and assists in building development proformas.
Adam graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in civil engineering from Mississippi State University. He also obtained a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
Adam is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate Salesperson and is actively pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
As the founder and Managing Member in COMVEST Properties, LLC, and its affiliate development company, Net Lease Developers, LLC, Brooks coordinates all company developments and project financing. He is further responsible for the creation and maintenance of retail and investor relationships.
Brooks began his commercial real estate career in 1979 as Southwestern Real Estate Representative for Wendy's International. He left corporate real estate in 1996 to become Vice President of Brokerage Services at Grubb & Ellis Sawyer Commercial Real Estate. Prior to the formation of COMVEST Properties, LLC, he was Vice President of Development and a member of the Executive Committee for a Louisiana based Development Company.
Brooks graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In 2006 he completed the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as Chairman of the ICSC Mississippi State Governmental Affairs. Brooks is also an active member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS. In addition to Mississippi, he holds Real Estate Broker's licenses in Louisiana and Texas. Brooks is a Life Member of the University of Mississippi Alumni Association, the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Alumni Association, the Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation Alumni Association, and served on the Academic Real Estate Initiative Alumni Advisory Board at Harvard University.

In the position of Director of Accounting, Daniel maintains accounting records, payroll preparation, processing vendor invoices for payment, monitoring tenant lease payments, and ensuring proper insurance coverage of COMVEST's real estate assets. Daniel is also responsible for the annual reconciliation of CAM/Insurance and Taxes with each tenant, as required by lease agreements.
Daniel joined COMVEST in 2017. Prior to joining COMVEST, Daniel worked with a CPA firm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast serving a wide variety of clients. In addition to public accounting experience, Daniel has experience working with a local bank as an Internal Auditor.
Daniel graduated with a Bachelors in Accountancy from Mississippi State University. He has also obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Delta State University. In addition to his education, he is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Mississippi.
Daniel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a member of Mississippi Society of CPAs where he serves as treasurer for the Gulf Coast Chapter. In addition to work related associations, Daniel enjoys volunteering his time to give back to his community. Currently, He is serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. In 2015, he was appointed by the Board of Aldermen to serve a five-year term on the Economic Development Council for the City of Ocean Springs.
As Director of Marketing, Wendy coordinates and implements marketing projects for COMVEST and its affiliated development company, Net Lease Developers. Her responsibilities include public relations, social media management, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Also a registered Mississippi lobbyist, she provides representation and advocacy of COMVEST's interests.
