Blane Paugh is a Certified Pesticide Applicator and is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He joined ConQuest Pest Control in 2014. Blane's service is attentive. He is a dedicated teammate who cares about providing his clients with a positive experience. Blane uses measured steps, a characteristic learned from his father, a Veteran of our U.S. military, in serving our community of clients. His good character has earned him a large portfolio of our long-term clients who have come to expect only the very best.
Jim Friesen is the co-founder and COO of ConQuest Pest Control, Inc. He received his Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration in 1991 from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. Jim relocated to Washington, D.C. in 1994 to pursue his Master of Arts from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. During his academic pursuit, Jim was diagnosed with cancer. Jim developed a sensitive nature to environmental preservation and sustainable development during his recovery and convalescence. Jim met Mike, ConQuest's founder, during this time and this sparked an interest to join forces in a business that would help to educate consumers about the impact of pesticides, waste and better practices in the chemical handling trade.
Mike Mancuso is the founder and CEO of ConQuest Pest Control, Inc. He began his career with an Eastern Shore custom home builder and developer as a project and tradesman supervisor for twelve years. Mike became a resident of the District of Columbia in 1992 and trained to become a Certified Pesticide Applicator. He founded ConQuest in 1995 to offer his unique construction skill-set to an industry moving toward greener solutions from chemical pest control. Mike recruits and trains our Certified Pesticide Applicators to ensure our service continues this unique offering.
