Anushka Sunder is a managing director in Blackstone's private equity group, where she leads Blackstone's private equity investments in healthcare and is actively involved in technology and media opportunities.
Sunder joined Blackstone in 2013, and in addition to her role as a member of Optiv's board of Directors, is a director of Precision Medicine Group, Medline, HealthEdge, Hello Sunshine, TeamHealth and CARD. She previously served as a director of Blue Yonder. She has also been actively involved in Blackstone's investments in Signature Aviation, NCR and InComm. Sunder is co-chair of the Blackstone Women's Initiative task force and on the Blackstone Charitable Foundation Leadership Council.
Prior to Blackstone, Sunder was an associate at TPG Capital and an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. Sunder received her A.B. from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is also a member of the Corporate Leaders Program at the Council on Foreign Relations.

Blair Christie is a global technology leader, independent board member and advisor. She currently serves on the boards of Optiv, Clarify Health and BMC Software, in addition to working with private equity and VC firms as an advisor and angel investor.
Christie spent 17 years in executive leadership with Cisco, most recently as chief marketing officer and senior vice president. Her experience spans marketing, business development, investor relations, government/public affairs and corporate giving.
Christie is a member of the 2015 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute, sits on the President's Leadership Council at Drexel University and chairs the Drexel 100. She is passionate about building programs to promote women in business and has helped launch organizations to support those efforts, including theBoardlist and Landit.
Christie holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.
Bradley Brown (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Managing Director on the Technology industry team within KKR's Americas Private Equity platform. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Alludo, Barracuda, Cloudera, Ensono, OneStream, and Optiv, and a Board Observer at BMC and OutSystems.
Before joining KKR, Mr. Brown was a partner at Pennant Capital Management, where he invested in the public market across sectors. Prior to Pennant, he worked at Hellman & Friedman in San Francisco and Goldman Sachs in New York.

Dave DeWalt is a veteran CEO, advisor and investor who has led startups and Fortune 500 companies on a transformational journey of success. He is the founder and CEO of NightDragon, an investment and advisor firm dedicated to the cyber, safety, security and privacy markets. He is also the former CEO of FireEye and McAfee and has substantial experience in the information technology and security industry.
DeWalt helped create more than $20 billion in shareholder value during his 15-plus years as president and CEO of three major companies. In addition to his role as vice chairman of Optiv's board of directors, DeWalt serves as the managing director of Allegis Cyber, as well as an investor and board member of and investor in some of the most innovative companies, including Delta Airlines, Five9, ForeScout, Phantom Cyber, Team8 and Data Tribe.
DeWalt received a Bachelor of Science in computer science and a doctorate in computer and information science and support services from the University of Delaware.

Jim Moffatt is president of JSM Advisors Inc. and former vice chairman and global CEO of Deloitte Consulting. In his current role, Moffatt serves on the boards of both public and private companies, working with several private equity and venture capital firms while advising a number of their portfolio companies.
Moffatt has advised numerous Fortune 500 clients during his career, working closely with C-suite executives to deliver leading insights and innovative solutions. During his tenure as Global and U.S. CEO, Deloitte Consulting was the fastest growing and most profitable business unit within Deloitte, growing the business to close to $15 billion. He was instrumental in shaping Deloitte's pro bono program in 2008, which has since been recognized by the White House for creating significant societal impact.
In addition to serving as a member of Optiv's board of directors, Moffatt is a board member of AmplifAI, First Hawaiian Inc., First Hawaiian Bank, Henry Schein One, Icertis and Ness Digital. He received a Bachelor of Arts in biology and management science from UC San Diego and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management.
