Coriolis was founded by Jay Wollenberg and Sandi Munro. In 2018, ownership and management transitioned to Blair Erb and Nicole Olenick, who have been with the firm for over 20 years and have helped establish the firm's culture of rigorous analysis, independent advice, and clear communication... Since 1983, Coriolis has been providing consulting services in: real estate analysis; urban planning and development policy; development approvals and processes; strategic advice; RFP design and implementation; and other specialized services such as financial modelling, expert testimony, and public and farmers' markets.
